Response time was very good,the product I purchased lasted 3 days Lock Key 2835 with KOS This product has everthing I need at an affordable cost.Easy to install with good installation information.I contacted your firm and requested a refund,at first I was told I installed it incorrectly.I currently have a Electrical/Mechanical degree from Drexel.I was a contracter for 40 years all industrial .
I was offered a part that the instructions state I do not require,I offered to purchase said items an extended key and spring latch at my cost. I would like a refund at this juncture.

We were in a situation where one of our secure buildings needed replacement electronic locks immediately due to a flood in our area. The manufacture quoted us 5 weeks for delivery. This company understood our need and found locks for us a few hours later. They shipped to us the same day and we had the critical parts coast to coast in 27 hours from the first call to them. Very impressive customer service and friendly, good prices too. Highest recommendation possible!

Rare LCN gear motor in stock, called to verify and promptly received a return call verifying part in stock. Placed order online and received gear motor in two days. Other suppliers giving 2 to 3 weeks lead time for this part. Barzel Lock kept us from having an ADA main entry door down for weeks.

Your company needs to read the mailing address that is posted to you so that US little people actually gets the products we pay you to send to us:

It clearly states on my invoice where to ship it to and what carrier to use, and that was USPS, who did you use FEDEX, now FedEX has the address listed as incorrect, why because they cannot drive up to the address on the label, they have to get out and walk to my door, the addy is correct, i have video footage and they were never on property when they stated they were to drop the package off.

now when a customer gives you a carrier to use please use that carrier, for US the postmaster lives on site, hence the reason for the company to use USPS, is he will fire anyone who says its too cold to get out of the van and deliver mail.

now the address is correct, it is on the front door of the cabana, the cabana has an address as we have a 24hour landline devoted to emergency call for the swimming pool.
