J’ai commandé un ensemble de verrous pour ma boutique, et leur service était un désastre. J’ai attendu des semaines pour recevoir ma commande, et quand elle est enfin arrivée, les verrous ne correspondaient pas à la description. Le site était lent, et le support client était injoignable. Une expérience frustrante, à éviter.

I own a Liberty Safe that was purchased on 2011. It was time to change the 9 V battery to the electronic locking mechanism and the small wires that had to be at least size 18, came apart. I choose not solder it because to didn't have a schematic to know where the wires went. I called Liberty Safe in West Sacramento, California. They were no longer in business and I got sales person who recommended a SAFE technician to come out to my residence and repair the mechanism.
He was very nice from the old school and apparently didn't know to research the Internet and purchase the correct electronic mechanism🙀that he he'd have to drill into my SAFE and charge me five to $600.
My wife was able to go online and find your company. She ordered a replacement for the electronic mechanism and I installed it and it worked just perfect.
