Higly recommend
Very good experience. Excellent service. Higher price than some other companies and lower than some, but other companies had higher minimum order requirements and some had longer delivery time estimates...so my choice was BarzelLock.com.
I ordered the boat door lock and it was delivered incredibly fast!
I had to wait for the same lock very long when I ordered from another company called Cook and board in February 2024...6 weeks..although my order price was 30% lower and the shipping was free and the customer service was very nice.
I never contacted BarzelLock.com customer service. They send all updates by email and there wasn't any need to call anybody. Very efficient ordering system...straight forward.

Great customer service
We don't use vendors for these materials very often but will be using BarzelLock going forward. They kept us in the loop on deliveries and explained the product and purchase thoroughly.

Excellent service !
I just wanted to thank you for your excellent service. I have never done business with you before, but if I need your products/services in the future you will be my first call. Excellent communication to verify I was ordering the correct items, great follow up emails on the order and very quick coast to coast delivery. My last supplier failed in every category. It's nice to know real customer service still exists. Norman took the time and care to get it right.

The return policy is trash
The return policy is trash. They sent me a mullion that was the wrong color and I had to argue with them about returning, had to buy the correct color, and pay to send it back myself, and pay a 12% restocking fee. Total trash. I will never shop here again. Oh now I'm being gaslit. The original one was black It was supposed to be aluminum. The new one I ordered is aluminum that was the problem. I have pictures to prove it and I'm taking all this and posting it on social media. I have a huge following.

We lowered the restocking fee from 25% to 12% to try to accommodate.

These guys came through for me when several other distributors fell short. I need 3 lever sets that were satin brass finish and Barzel answered my inquiry if they had stick and could get them out asap. Fast shipping and quality products made for a happy customer on my end.
