Do not order from this company unless you want the complete run around if you don't like what was sent. My shirt looked nothing like the photo on this site "less colorful." I took it out of the box, looked at it and immediately put it back and requested return instructions. I will save you the details of the four different emails where they are trying to negotiate with me keeping the shirt and partially refunding me and not allowing me to get a refund upon me shipping it back. I finally had enough and disputed with American Express. BTW: Ships form Hong Kong and that is another whole return issue.

Ordered something that wasn't delivered. Pointed it out and asked for refund, still haven't received the refund weeks later when they promised within 24 hours each time.

Scammers! Read the reviews here before you buy. I had a similar experience. Never shipped the product and kept giving reasons or discounts.

Ordered vest & tie paid extra to have shipping expedited in advance of wedding. Wedding has come and gone and still nothing, all requests for credit have been ignored.

Really disappointed. Ordered for a wedding and received nothing. Said delivered on 19 aug. Nothing received and it’s now the 23 Aug.
Assuming Barry wang is a scam site. Be aware

If I could put 0 stars I would. By the way Amazon has the same exact stuff for cheaper and I got it in 5 days. My wedding was 27 days away when I ordered the vest combo, after a week went by with no shipping confirmation, I emailed and said to cancel my order. They asked why, so I told them, and then ended the email with a very concise "cancel my order and issue a refund immediately." Instead of doing that, they emailed me back asking if they could send me a free tie with my order as compensation for my troubles. I once again emailed back and told them to "CANCEL MY ORDER and REFUND MY MONEY." At this point I know they're giving me the run around and aren't going to refund my money so I've taken it to the bank.

Beware of Barry Wang. I ordered a shirt for my husband, paid for expedited shipping. It took 8 days before I got confirmation of shipping, I reached out- no reply. Shirt arrived, felt like plastic, hubby said no way can I wear this. I tried to return, spent a week not getting any kind of shipping label or ability to return so I stopped payment via credit card company. Absolutely ridiculous!

Placed order for three ties for a wedding. The color just didn't make and I tried contacting them so I could return them. Instead they sent me their website so I can purchase something else. I explained I don't see anything else to purchase. Ever since been getting the runaround from them. Wish I had read their reviews before ordering anything from them.

They are crooks!! Plain and simple. They will not give a phone number to call. No customer service.. been trying to get my package for 2+ months. I will NEVER use this company again.

They may have good quality clothes but I dont know. Tried to cancel my order before it was shipped could never get confirmation, Tried to get a refund No confirmation. Little to No customer service. Very dissatisfied with my experience. I will NOT buy from them again. I have read and heard of very similar complaints about this company. This is just my op only. Hope yours is better than mine!

Update: 12-21-2023 Have received No Refund, Received No Items which were ordered, No Correspondence, NOTHING! But they still have my $$$!!! I Will Never Buy from this company again! I'm Not sure how or why they are allowed to stay in business. Just saying Be Careful if you do buy!

Update: 1-1-2024: No Product, No Refund and No Correspondence from Barry Wang. Filed Dispute via my Credit Union. Like throwing my $$$ down the drain!

Update: 2:1-2024 After two + months and going through my Credit Union to file a complaint i finally received credit back into my account. I'm grateful but it should have never been this difficult or taken this long! I still will NOT use Barry Wang for any futures purchases

Shirts were OK, color wasn't going to work for us so I tried to return $140. They refused to refund and kept trying to get me to exchange for other merch. I clearly stated I was not interested. This has been going for a couple of weeks now. Do yourself a favor and don't bother ordering from this site. I now have to dispute with my cc company.

The company will not honor their return policy. They make it extremely difficult to return an item and after a lot of back and forth communications consisting of many “ hello my friend, but why do you want to return this item…”, they wear you down to the point of accepting a refund for 30% of what you spent. Beware to order something you intend to keep no matter what.

They refused to refund me when they don’t have what I ordered. I have asked 4 times and they keep calling me friend and telling me to pick something else scam

Ordered a tie, pocket square, cuff link set on Amazon for my husband, was worried it would be cheaply made but quality looks better than the picture and it arrived next day as requested.

I ordered 8 ties with matching hankies and cufflinks. I noticed that a message I had received stated that It would take upto 20 days for delivery which I thought was a bit odd. I started looking for reviews and found some good and bad ones. So being concerned, I sent them an email addressing my concern.

They replied back within 24 hours confirming my order had been shipped with a tracking number. Within 7 days, I received my order. The ties are amazing! Worth ever dollar I spent. Similar ties cost around $70 here in Australia. Will definitely be buying more!

The company did not deliver one of my items on a 5 item list. They advised they did but later advised it was lost in transit. The item was never shipped and the company still has not refunded my money $50 us.
They are thieves.

Update to the story: Barry Wang advised if the manager approved the refund it would take 7-10 days. We are now at day19 and they advised they cannot issue a refund until I cancel the dispute. Not letting up my dispute.

I ordered an item. It did not come in the color as advertised. It was unworn and I have been attempting to get a refund and make a return for over 3 months now. I have a string of emails with all lies and excuses. They say customer service and customer satisfaction and it is non-existent. Don't get scammed by this company.

So I ordered the purple blue paisley shirt in the wrong size as I thought Asian sizes but they are actually western. The customer service has been amazing to rectify the issue, yes they can be a little bit slow, a day to respond but time difference etc isn't really bad at all.

You just need to download the shop app to track updates. Which did take 4 days to update but my express delivery arrived in the time frame.

A scam!!! Avoid at all costs!

First, they did not have the item in stock. After several weeks I was told the item was in stock and would be dispatched. Then I message saying that the package was being returned to sender. They tried to tell me that it was my responsibility to contact the shipping company. Then, when I asked them to resend the item, it was out of stock again. Now blanking my emails requesting a refund.
