Outstanding Customer Service

I don’t often write reviews, but Barry Wang truly earned this one.

I initially ordered a dress shirt for an important event. After receiving it, I realized the color wasn’t the best match for my suit. I contacted their customer service team, and I was genuinely impressed by their quick responses, professionalism, and willingness to help.

They went above and beyond to find a better solution and made the entire process easy and stress-free. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers after the sale.

The quality of the shirts is ok for the price, but what impressed me the most was the outstanding customer service. Their team made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another order number.

Exceptional customer support. I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

Barry's Tea did a decent job overall, no major complaints. Communication was clear and I always knew where my order stood. Unfortunately one item arrived damaged and the replacement took a while. Would consider them again if the issues get sorted.

Barry Wang ties are listed as 100% silk. The tie itself says silk and POLYESTER! FALSE ADVERTISING...Sending them back...

Horrible, horrible service. Like others, I paid for expedited shipping for a tie and vest set and the item stalled during transit in Edison, NJ, where their US distribution center is based. I needed the set for a performance and it failed to arrive in time for opening. I asked for a refund of my money and was offered several lame alternatives from “whoever” was responding to my emails - this ranged from a $10.00 gift card for a next purchase to refunding half of my money and letting g me keep the set. This was completely inexcusable. The vest set was eventually delivered, though too late, and I had already said I wanted to return the item. They refused to provide me with a shipping label and stated I would be responsible for paying for return shipping. On principle I sent it back because of their terrible service, and they have yet to refund my money. Thankfully I submitted a claim with my bank. Do not buy from Barry Wang, period.

Do not order from this company. They are a scam. We never got our order. According to Shop tracking it was never even shipped. Now they will not return our money. We also paid to expedite the order because it was for a specific event, yet they keep saying that like to send us other items to compensate. Luckily we paid with our credit card so we will be refunded through Visa, but save yourself the headache and order somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Made a purchase from Barry Wang through their website and paid an extra $20 for express shipping, which is 5-7 business days. 7 business days later, the order has yet to even be confirmed, let alone shipped. After several messages have been sent over the last few days requesting updates with zero response, I've been forced to dispute the transaction with my bank. If you plan to order through this retailer, don't be like me, take this and other reviews of scam-like behavior seriously and save yourself the headache.

The products I ordered were exactly like what they said, arrived pretty quickly and they were great value for money.

Something is definitely not right here, this site must be a scam with fake reviews. The shirts are NOTHING like described. No silky soft stretchy shirt here, just hard rough polyester with zero give. Look and feel nothing like their ads state. Furious with this company for how misleading their ads are.

The waist coat is fabulous, stands out as a beautiful garment, lots of compliments, it fits well to wear all day and into the night

Great experience with Barry wang! I used their tie, vest, pocket square and cufflinks for my wedding and wedding party and they turned out better than expected! Will definitely recommend all their products.

So far, I have purchased 3 Barry Wang ties this summer to punch up my wardrobe for the upcoming school year. As a substitute teacher, I try to set an example for my middle school students by dressing well. The thing I like most about the Barry Wang products is that they have a wide offering in ties, shirts and vests that have bright bold colors. Also, I find the ties are reasonably priced. The company consistently offers coupons toward the next purchase and is easily accessible through pop-up ads on the internet. I always receive complements whenever I wear a Barry Wang tie.

Ordering from this site is an absolute nightmare!
They won't accept credit cards even when the credit card clearly checks out.
ZERO customer service or responses.
I ordered the items I wanted thru another company who makes similar items.
Their inept operations lost a high paying frequent customer in me.

Hello. I have just received another tie from Bary Wang. I am never disappointed with not only the tie but also the cuflinks and pocket square. The colors of the ties are awesome. So different. And the price is so low.

I ORDERED A VEST AND TIE COMBO ON APRIL 30TH AND NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! WHEN I TRIED TO TRACK THE ORDER IT DOESN'T EVEN SAY IT LEFT CHINA.

I ordered 4/27/25 Tie for my son to wear on a special occasion on June 1. No meaningful tracking available I assume it’s still in China. I will not order from them again if it’s gonna take over a month to get a single item. Hope this isn’t a scam

Ordered a Barry Wang shirt from Amazon expecting it to be on the smaller size.
Made the mistake of ordering a size bigger which wasn’t needed. Like the shirt but quality of stitching is questionable. Had long threads hanging which I cut off & not very straight when looking closely. Other than that, delivery was quick just a little over a week.

Everytime I wear my Barry Wang shirts some complete strangers, come up to me and complement me. I wanted attention and I got it lol. Love this stuff. The only thing that could improve, is making between sizes. Instead of going from a slightly tight shirt size to one that is too big is an issue. But then again, you are not paying for Tailor Made stuff so there's that. Contact me and I will video call you and show you how nice the shirts look. These clothes are not for out of shape, diet coke drinking obese people. You have to have proper BMI.

Purchased a £70 shirt, they sent the wrong size, asked for exchange, so sent back for exchange as Barry Wang requesting, never received a replacement nor refund, DON’T USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!! When requested either they now ghost my emails

I wish I had of read the reviews before I ordered. I've ordered several things from Amazon. Went to sight and ordered and I am VERY disappointed. It took forever to receive my order and the one thing I needed for this weekend did not come as ordered. I ordered a vest with bow tie. How about got the vest NO bow tie. So FRUSTRATED. Will NEVER order from them again. Sent an email and NO response. I'm so PISSED!!!!!

To start they have a great collection, then the customer service was awesome at getting back to me with my tracking concerns. I got the vest and tyes faster than what their site had projected by about 7 days faster and that's saying something because wyoming where I live in the United States is literally the least populated and most rural part of north America. Special thanks for helping me look my best 👌 👍
