I paid extra for a rush shipment on…
I paid extra for a rush shipment on June 26 and it’s saying I’m not going to receive my order until July 9. I don’t feel like that is a very rushed order and I should not be charged that fee.

Thankful for Banners On The Cheap!
I’ll a promoter who’s been using Banners On The Cheap for years. I love that they take the time to commīunicate if need be to make sure we’re getting everything right. Ive never had any issues with product or delivery. Highly recommended. Will definitely continue using them for all of my banner needs!

Paid $30+ dollars extra shipping for an event, and it did not arrive on time!
I paid considerably extra for expedited shipping ($30+) for them to be delivered on July 2nd for an event we had on the 3rd. It did not get delivered on the 2nd, and when they attempted to deliver it on the 3rd we were already closed for the holiday weekend, so we did not have our banners. I think when a customer pays extra for shipping to be delivered on a specific day, it should be shipped correctly!!
Now I have 2 banners after they were needed!!

Banner did not arrive in time
Banner did not arrive in time. Paid for expedited shipping and talked with customer service about when the banner was needed and was quarantined banner would arrive in time. It did not. Boooo

Great products, timely shipping…
I received my banners in a timely manner but needed to make a slight change on one. They offered to replace the banner for free with only shipping costs. I ended up getting a larger size, and they only charged me the different (plus shipping). The customer service process was easy, and the representatives are friendly. The products were delivered in a good amount of time. The quality of the product is as described and are good quality. I will definitely use this company again for future business.
