The banner was 10x better than I expected

The websited was easy to use allowing the option to create a image or uploading an image. The preview of the product is a great function.

I had ordered banners in the past and I was able to pull them up and make the necessary changes to make them up to date! It was super quick and easy!! From start to finish, I was done in less than 10 minutes, including checkout!

Plus, they have great sales and including shipping, I paid nearly half of what I would have!

I've ordered several banners of different types, and they've all been great! I always try to wait for a good sale because I'm purchasing these for my local public library, and money is tight. The design area works well; and especially with a good sale, the banners are economical and sturdy. However, one thing drives me crazy. If I've designed my banners, I save my design on the site while I wait for purchase authorization from the library. If the current sale I'm aiming for is 60% off, I don't want to be getting successive emails touting 57% or 45% or whatever-off sales while the 60% off sale is definitely active. It gets very confusing. I will say, though, that the customer service reps I've spoken with are very helpful and courteous. Kudos for that, bannersonthecheap.

ORDER WAS FAST AND ACCURATE

I was able to personalize the banner without much difficulty.

The price! The service! I did pay to have it expedited, which I understood we did this rather late! I would totally use them again! I did however, get it at a discount as they were having a major special which was super helpful in the choice! I have no complaints!

The customer service people in the Art Department were amazing. They were really patient and friendly, and went out of their way to help with my project. The quality was great and the prices were much lower than I could get locally.

The fast delivery and professionalism as well as the banner was exactly as ordered not a blemish. Superb quality. I would order again and again. I appreciate the diligence and quick turnaround. It truly added to my event so that it was a success. The price was reasonable and affordable for the last minute order. I am and will remain extremely pleased with my order because it came with the whole set up and stand so now I can put other banners therein.
