Customer service was Very helpful in solving my problem/

Banner was easy to upload and verify. They arrived earlier than expected and were of great quality. I'm anxious to use them on our float in the parage next week.

It was easy to create a banner online and submit. Sales are often available. My banner came even before the delivery date!!

I have ordered from them a couple times before and it’s a great product and for an affordable price, especially as a small business and they ship out pretty quickly too

The banners are great. My only issue is with their customer service. I ordered one banner in the morning, and by afternoon I needed another. I placed the order and sent a note asking if they could combine them in one box to save shipping. Their answer was simply, "No". I hope they have a good reason for not being able to save me $12.00 in shipping, and perhaps there is more than I understand. But for me, it would seem a rather easy request to handle. I hope they will consider a better way to accommodate customer requests like this.

Easy to create your own custom signs. You can even upload your own artwork, clipart, etc. Watch for discounts to make it very affordable. Shipping is a little costly.

Vendors of the internet! Be satisfied that people are buying your product. I get annoyed when a vendor "demands" a review from me.
I was in customer service for 40 + years. I tip a good waitress, and when someone goes over and beyond the norm to help me, I will say so.
But, in this case, I ordered a banner; it came as ordered, and was decently priced. Shipping could be better, but you charge + for that, so it's all right.
No more, no less. AMEN!

Paid for rush delivery for 7/9/26. STILL have not received banner and now was informed that would not receive before the 14th of July!!!!!

BUT, even though I DID NOT ASK, Banners On The Cheap completely refunded our shipping costs and it wan't even their fault! HATS OFF and we WILL place future orders with them!

Tried to order a 2nd banner and after loading up 20 pics and then trying to continue. The site dumped my entire project after an hour of working on it. Yes, NOT happy.

I cant believe that this banner was created from a small image from ChatGBT. It was created on my phone. You guys took it and created a large banner for my store. The quality was amazing. The turn around time was amazing. You guys are AMAZING! Thank you
