EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
I was very disappointed with my experience. The banners I received were blurry and smudged and did not match the high-quality proof I approved before printing. When I contacted customer service, I was told the issue was my file, even though I have successfully used the same artwork with other banner companies. I requested a resolution, but after my follow-up email, I received no response. Because my event was time-sensitive, I had to order replacement banners from another company. Better quality control, accurate proofs, and timely customer service would greatly improve the customer experience.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. I won't lie......I have been anxious about these banners coming. I generated what I wanted on AI and I know their images aren't always the highest resolution for printing. I have been nervous that the banners I ordered may be blurry or just not look that good for the reason, but when I opened the box, I just rolled them on the floor and stared at them. They are TOP NOTCH. The pictures at CLEAR and the colors are perfect. I cannot say enough good things about what they sent me. I will also brag about how quickly they sent them..... I uploaded the image and the next day I had an email saying they were preparing for shipping and they've arrived in just a few days. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again as needed and I will recommend them to my fellow teachers needing excellent prints in just a few days.
