I have used BannersOnTheCheap for years. The were my favorite supplier until about 2 years ago. I stopped using them because the customer service had become unacceptable. After the 2 year break I gave the another chance. NOPE! I ordered 2 sets of time sensitive banners and I only received 1 set. They are absolutely incompetent.

Quick response, easy to work with templates

It was so easy to create a custom banner that allowed me to import Photos and create the whole thing within the design portal right on the website! It offers plenty of fonts, clip art, and design editing tools. It also allows you to download a Preview PDF to proof before ordering. Also, the price was extremely affordable.

Convenient, options were easy to find. NOW, just have to see the products when they arrive. Easy to order.

I use Banners on the Cheap several times a year. They never let me down. Nice quality. Delivered on time.

The banner showed up totally wrong. The wording was not curved inside the circle as the proof shows. The 2nd line of text was split onto 2 lines with the THiRD line of text between the two parts of the second line! I wish I could add pictures to this review to show just how off it was!

I find this website easy to navigate and design. The support is great and the customer service is great - they call to ensure if there is any doubt whatsoever is my drafts. Thank you.

Great price, good quality banner and very fast shipping!

I ordered several banners at one time for a group and there were issues with the cart saving and adding on as I went. I made multiple attempts to get them all and re-doing some due to this problem, even after proofing multiple, it was a very time consuimg effort. In the end, one of the banner's quotes didn't transfer over to the finished product. The company did not contact me about this error nor was it just left blank. Instead, we have a banner that says "Insert your quote here". Very dissappointed with that not being caught before printing.
Additionally, I found several of the photos to be very dark, hard to see which was not how it was portrayed in the proofing. There was no warning of photo quality prior to adding to the cart.
Although the price was great, I would not use this company again for quality banners.

BannersOnTheCheap went above and beyond to make us feel like a valued customer.
Our company had placed an order for company flags / banners and then realized after it was in progress, we made a mistake on the sizing of our logo. We contacted their customer support and they offered to redo the order with the new sizing and not charge us except for the shipping costs. Amazing. We really appreciated that gesture. We will certainly use them again and recommend them to others. (the product we received was as expected and good quality)
