Balhousie Glazing Ltd Recenzje

Good advice, competent technicians and everyone was easy to get along with.

The two men were great -- professional, helpful and respectful of my property both inside and out. I'm delighted with my windows! I should also add that the office staff are excellent too-- a pleasure to deal with Balhousie.

Soooo pleased with our new bedroom windows
Ben was a pleasure to have in the house He worked tirelessly on a very hot day, efficiently and tidily
This is the second time we have used Balhousie and we will definitely recommend them in the future.
You are fortunate to have such a skilled worker It is good to support local businesses.

Quick service. Very happy with the product. Slight adjustments had to be made in the first few days and these were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The work was done efficiently and with little mess and the new unit is exactly what we wanted

We were wanting to get new windows and doors for our house. After reading lots of positive reviews of this company we obtained a quote from them which we were very pleased with so went ahead with getting the work done. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. The polite and friendly fitter did a fantastic job, always cleaning up behind him at the end of each day. We are very happy with our new windows and doors which has transformed our house. Balhousie Glazing were a great company to deal with and would highly recommend.

Great service guys were so attentive and the finishing is class.

Excellent service from start to finish The fitters Peter and Paul were very efficient and made an excellent job of fitting windows and doors Always tidying up after themselves We received a courtesy the day after completion of work to check everything was OK and we were satisfied Would definitely recommend Balhousie Glazing

Friendly staff. Good explanation of each stage . Installation immaculate.
Nothing to be cleaned up after the installers left .
Only reason not given 5 stars was the time from ordering to delivery was out with estimated time .
Generally, extremely happy .

Excellent company - work was completed by Peter and Paul in 3 days and the new roofline looks great. Thanks

Everyone I was involved with was knowledgeable and professional. The fitters were excellent, clean and tidy.
As a production manager in a previous life it was nice to discover that young Bobby was a Balhousie apprentice. Apprenticeships are essential for our future. My "project" with Balhousie was an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Terry and Peter were very professional with great attention to detail. Cleaned up after themselves and left us very happy customers.

The quality of the workmanship on the new window surrounds was impressive. The original window shape was being restored to the top having an arch. Rather than a straight edge which was then filled in with plastic and wood.
The joiners work was spot on when achieving the old shape to make it fit perfectly.

Happily recommend Balhousie Glazing - after gathering several quotes we chose Balhousie based on the good experience with the sales agent (very honest & engaged to our brief), our existing knowledge of the business and the competitive price; not the cheapest, not the most expensive.

Our new to us house required replacement of 18 existing double-glazed windows and 1 french door, all around 35 years old & many with failed seals - after the quotation and deposit we were assigned an installation window of 5 days. Communication from the office was regular, accurate and informative before the installers Paul & Darren arrived.

Installation was a painless experience, the guys arrived promptly and worked hard every day; each window was expertly finished with a mahogany frame, the installers took great care to protect as much of the home interior as possible, all the mess & detritus was taken away; there were a couple of minor marks but easily covered up - old houses don't have entirely straight lines & they did really well.

Aftercare was also excellent, responded to our queries with an in person visit & tweaked what needed tweaked; one issue was already highlighted to the aftercare by the two installers before our input (something arrived damaged from the factory) and was fixed at this stage.

Only when we were happy did the invoice arrive and it was well worth it!

Paul arrived on time .
Was very friendly & got to work right away
His other lad (didn’t ask his name ) arrived & he got straight to work on the front door.
They worked continually & wouldn’t even stop for a cup of tea .
Quality of patio door & front door is excellent
The boys left the house so tidy when they had finished

After a disappointment from the supplier Balhousie Staff pulled out all the stops to have the windows fitted in the week as planned. they made an excellent job well fitted and very tidy and obliging fitters. one hundred per cent service.

Excellent service fitted on due date no hassle

The workmen arrived on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up very well.
They were very efficient and quick.

The guys who fitted my door was very professional and respectful of my property. It was carried out in a good time. There was no mess and the new door fitted perfectly. I’m very happy with the service given.
