From the initial consultation through to the final fit and checks, everything flowed swiftly and efficiently. We are very happy with the detail around the fit from the two guys who were with us for four days. On the follow-up visit we were able to resolve a manufacturing issue easily and satisfactorily. Two very likeable lads arrived on time to fit my windows and door. I had a couple of special requests for them that would make my life easier going forward . They took them on board and I left, I came back in 36 hours to a flat where apart from the new windows etc you would never have known they had been there. My requests carried out, brilliant. Well done Balhousie.
