I've been on the search for clean, healthy, good tasting coffee for a long time. I came across Balance when I was investigating the chemical process of drying and storing coffee. No toxins, no mould, no pesticides. I'm now on my 3rd bag. I love the taste and really enjoy my coffee now. BTW the company are great too, efficient and communicative and always ready to help with any queries. One happy customer.

I JUST LOVE BALANCE!! This coffee is purely FANTASTIC!
I’m currently under investigation for immune deficiency, my energy levels are low, at times my mood is low & I also have nights that I struggle to sleep..
As well as their fantastic coffee that keeps me energised throughout the day their Reishi tincture is also fantastic! Ever since I was gifted a tincture (from Balance) I’ve slept soundly every night that I’ve used..
I can’t fault their service or their products..

Firstly their coffee tastes amazing, delivery is fast and efficient and when you have a query they are super helpful and responsive

Trust the quality is good but I think customer service need to improve.
I received the coffee beans from Royal Mail on 5 Feb, but there is missing delivery for 1 item. I try to use Live chat to contact with the staff at 11:30am, but waiting for 4 hours till 3pm, still no one response. If you make the platform for us to chat with your staff, I cannot believe there is no one reply to the customer.
Finally I got the email reply from the team by the end of 5 Feb. I would expect this can be solved within couple of days but this is not. Till now 13 Feb, I still not received the missing coffee bean, I feel I am really patient to wait as I trust the process. However, I am extremely disappointed and annoyed for such case.
Finally, I got the coffee by today 18 Feb, many thanks to Mark and Jallyca who help me to rearrange the order delivery.

Ordered 250g Decaf and 250g Lion’s Mane a week ago. Received the decaf but no lion’s mane. Emailed them twice and had a reply from Mark to apologise and to reassure me it would be sent out. That was 2 days ago, I was hoping for an email from them to say your shipment is on its way but nothing. IF they read this my order number is 5582.

Update 5/2/26 I’ve had a response that the Lions Mane is out of stock and have been offered a refund or to wait. I wasn’t made aware of this and it’s not showing out of stock on the website which will ultimately result in customers like me going back and forth with them and getting negative comments on here. Updated 2 stars for now.

Update 5/2/26 pm. Royal Mail have just delivered the coffee! Got there in the end what a palaver. Updated to 4 stars.

Item never received, despatched on 20th Jan, tracking not updated, Balance said they would be in touch if they couldn’t get it moving again and to not ask them about it. No response by 3rd Feb and could not get hold of them via online chat to enquire. Package still missing.

Great quality and smooth taste. Worth it to buy a coffee that avoids the flaws of some brands of instant.

I have tried the Darkfire Energy, Stability and Rotate Expresso and they are all amazing, so smooth and delicious.
The fact that they are all clean, healthy and toxin free is amazing.

Mmm ... interesting. I wonder ...
I sometimes experiment to see if there’s anything better out there than my “Old Faithfuls" (almost-anything from The Algerian Coffee Stores, especially their Gourmet Noir, or my absolute no.1, Little Birdie’s Perthshire Roast roasted, oddly, only a few miles from me - it's just so, SO, ABSOLUTELY YUMMM - go try!)
So this time I bought Balance Coffee’s Starter Bundle ... just to see.
I’ve always chosen my coffee purely on taste, never really thinking about toxins, mould, jitters, stress, brain health, mood, crashes or all the other Balance Coffee claims - and we all know about internet ‘claims’!
Well ... I started with Balance Coffee's ‘Rotate Espresso’ and no, it wasn’t for me: my note says, ‘Tastes like posh Nescafé’. So on to ‘Darkfire Energy‘ which I rather liked and then to ‘Stability Blend’ which I also liked. But then, HANG ON A MINUTE ...
All those Balance Coffee claims about ‘Mental Clarity’, ‘All Day Energy’, ‘Sharper Focus’, ‘No Crashes’ and all-over ‘Wellness’, after the first week or so of my Starter Bundle and 3 BIG cups (with milk) every morning and 1 or 2 more during the day I began to think, to feel, yes to FEEL, “Hang On, could all this be TRUE?”
My 3 Starter Bundle packets are now all finished and YES, I BEGIN to think that they may WELL be true!?!
So I think I’ll now investigate rather further ...
Meanwhile, Thank you Balance Coffee: ‘Interesting’, as I say, VERY Interesting INDEED!
(PS. I live half the time in France so I well understand, "Les goûts et les couleurs ne se discutent pas". But I do take a good supply of my no. 1, Little Birdie's Perthshire Roast, back with me every time. Will I now have to update that?!)

There are that many foods now that contain toxic products to increase profit & sales.
Balance coffee is the real price for great tasting non-toxic coffee.

Great tasting fresh coffee, tried a few different brands but this is by far the best freshest tasting coffee and on top of that is one of the healthiest options you can choose

An odd setup. New to Balance, I Ordered a single origin bundle, thinking of it as a taster pack to find a coffee I like.

I thought it was successful, found two I did like, one I didn’t. Only to find out I cannot purchase these individually.

Received Mixed messages from the team at Balance on whether coffee can be swapped out. Ultimately wasn’t possible. Loved the coffee, but frustrated to not be able to purchase again.

If Balance spent less time on marketing claims about toxicity etc and more time (and opportunity) for their great coffee to do the talking, I’m sure they’d be one of the best in the uk!

I love Balance coffee, it’s revolutionized my coffee drinking. Particularly since hitting the peri-menopause! Coffee used to make me jittery and anxious - now it makes me sharp and energized.
And - it tastes so much better in my new cup (a free gift as part of my subscription), I can’t explain it, perhaps less milk, but it’s incredible - thank you!
