I am thoroughly enjoying Balance coffee, it’s by far the best coffee I have ever tasted and to know its mould free, mycotoxin free and packed with antioxidants and polyphenols is a game changer.
I love the Stability blend, Dark Fire, Rotate espresso and Limited Edition.
Life long customer now and their customer service is brilliant.

The coffee is fine. But the customer service is lower than low. I do not wish to anyone to deal with them.
First, on they page they offer 15% discount for firs order. I ordered, but they did not give me the discount, but complementary coffee and mushroom elixirs.
Second, my order supposed to arrive
on Monday, did not. Arrived on
Tuesday, but not my order, instead of
3 bags of 1kg and complimentary
gold roast, I got 3 bags of 250g
coffee and complimentary darkfire.
I wrote them, no answer, called them no answer.
I opened bag of complimentary darkfire, as I needed coffee, the order was late 1 day already.
Got answer another day, to send again all details to another email.
I did. Mark told me to return that order and they will send my one.
I wrote that I opened 1 bag of complimentary darkfire and offered to pay for it, if I have to.
I returned that wrong delivery.
I was asked to return my complimentary gold roast, for darkfire, that I opened.
I said no, I keep my original order, not going to do once more all the hustle of return process.
But Mark insisted that return it, because it cost less to him.
I had so much stress and spent so much time, to fix their mistake.
And still mot done.
James, you need professionals and responsible humans, that do not ask customers to fix their mistakes.
One of the worst shopping experience I had.

I'll copy here the email i sent them 2 weeks ago with no reply. My first question - your social media and web search returns suggest that your coffee is certified organically grown. I can't see any evidence of authentication that this is the case. Is this coffee produced by certified organic growers?

Coffee smells very fresh when you open it.
Tastes lovely very smooth . I like the fact that it’s 100% Arabica coffee so it contains less caffeine than some commercial blended coffee like I have been using before.
I ordered the Dark fire energy.
It’s very nice, balanced ,rounded no bitterness, the more I drink it the more I like it!

Great products, quick delivery and amazing coffee

Coffee is awesome, staff super helpful, accommodating and kind.

Delicious coffee, above all healthy and pesticide-free. I drink several cups a day and feel great. They say coffee raises blood pressure, but this coffee doesn't raise it at all. I've had my blood pressure checked and everything is normal. I recommend this coffee because it's excellent.

At first i thought its a bit expensive, but i never tried specialty coffee before. However, ehen i had my first sip of coffee i was pleasantly surprised with the taste, and to be completely honest, i was wired. Ive never felt such energy from just one cup of cofee before in my life, it really is a change from your average supermarket coffee. 10/10 definetely worth the money.

It's a personal business, there are real people on the other side talking to you if you have queries. I think this is very important.

This is the best coffee I have ever had with none of the nasties. We get the dark fire energy and you can taste all the tasting notes. Freshly roasted within days of delivery to your front door. What really great about this coffee don’t get any jittery feelings you can get with coffee.

It was initially the toxic free aspect that was my reason for trying Balance Coffee. Then after trying it well I know there was no going back to any other brands! It just feels clean, has no negative side effects and tastes great. I no longer get that acidic feeling or sometimes the tired and nauseous feeling that coffee used to give me.

Also, having picked up a few batista tips from the Balance emails, I decided to invest in a coffee grinder, so now fully appreciate the added benefit of freshly ground coffee every day, which snells delightful. It's been a pleasure learning more about coffee and discovering Balance Coffee which by my estimates is second to none.

I replaced my usual espresso with the medium roast Rotate Espresso, but unfortunately it’s nothing like an espresso. For anyone who enjoys strong coffee, this comes across as very weak. I really wanted a healthier alternative, but even with a generous amount, it came out tasting like water with just a hint of coffee. It doesn’t give you the same kick that an espresso does.

I don't get any side effects, jitters etc. I like the taste and the lions mane is good for me. win win.
