Colin, Gary and Phil from BandS Blaydon were extremely helpful. I couldn’t have managed this assembly without them and they were very willing to help in these difficult times.

We had our dining table delivered recently. The service was very good. The delivery was on time, Alan and Steve were quick and friendly. They were very mindful of the content in the boxes and treated the boxes with care. Very pleased :)

Superb service and very efficient. I was proactively kept updated and notified throughout the entire process from ordering right through to the delivery.

John and Kev from the Blaydon distribution centre were brilliant and really helpful.

We ordered a dining table through baker and stone house, firstly our order was lost dispute taking the money from our account. This delayed the order by 3 weeks even though we discovered the issue within 48 hours. Then the table did not arrive on the expected delivery date 9 weeks later, we rang again and although the table was in stock they refused to delivery for a further 2 weeks. The customer service agent we spoke to was extremely rude and abrasive, very unhelpful.
The order was delivered to the front door in pieces and I had to put it together like a flat pack. The table was very heavy so this was quite difficult.
In the initial delivery part of our order was missing and we were told that it would arrive as soon as it arrived in stock. We have been waiting for 6 weeks so decided to call today to find out when it would be delivered. Only to be told that they have had it in stock for 4 weeks, no explanation could be provided as to why we have been left waiting.
I would not recommend this company they have been horrendous from start to finish.

I had a small problem with my order (colour of the table, not the table itself) but Abbie in customer services was extremely helpful in rearranging another. Fantastic customer service and would recommend. I’ve had several deliveries recently from some large retailers and this was by far the best service out of them all. A bit shout out to Paul & Louis from the Middlesbrough distribution centre for their great service!!

My sofa was delivered by drivers Jimmy and Matt who were really efficient, helpful and friendly.

We ordered a love seat, which as explained by the team in the Newcastle store would take a little longer to arrive due to Covid-19. Delivered today, I'm thrilled with it and a shout out to the delivery guys John & Craig B for managing to get it into the house despite the tight squeeze.

I cannot rate John and Kev highly enough. Super friendly and helpful, they even managed to take their shoes off while carrying a set of drawers between them. They made light work of everything, including stripping the packaging which they then removed for me. And not a blemish on the walls or carpets. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

Thank Matt and Brad for the safe delivery of our sofas. We recently had our entire house decorated and carpeted. You were both very friendly and considerate in light of this. It was not easy placing the sofas in the room. You were careful and did not damage any walls or door frames.

Good friendly delivery of our mew suite by graeme and craig from the blaydon branch. Both lads considerate of the property and took care not to bash any walls or doorframe with the furniture.

A new mattress, Divans and Headboard was delivered by two excellent Delivery operatives,Graeme and Craig on 25/08/20. We then assembled the divans and positioned the headboard, but one of the securing bolts could not screw in to the divan in the marked position. Not wanting to damage anything we contacted the service department, who were very polite and efficient, but said Fitters very busy, and seemed we would have to wait for a week, but told if they could would try to help. They did in spades, Phil, a Fitter came this morning, solved the problem in no time, then helped put the headboard up and also put the mattress onto the divans, positioned the bed, and then very kindly took all the plastic and cardboard wrappings away with him. Cannot recommend Phil's attitude, and approach highly enough. A real credit to the company.

Excellent service from John and Kev from the Newcastle branch. Delivered our sofas and assembled them with no problem, despite it being initially tricky to get them in the house. Would definitely recommend.
