Steve and Ian from Blaydon were friendly and polite!. They came bang on time, looked at both entrances for the best option, said what they were concerned about and got the sofa in carefully and quickly with no damage to a top floor flat!

Danny and Stuart from the Crawley Dist center were professional, helpful and cheery. Thanks guys! The garden furniture was great too!

Expected so much more but sadly received woeful customer service. After two separate staff members (one in store and one online) guaranteed our ‘in stock’ items would be kept safe in their warehouse whilst they awaited our ‘out of stock’ items to arrive; when the delivery was eventually made, we were let down by non-delivery of one of the original ‘in stock’ items! This subsequently took B&S another 3 months to deliver. Simply not acceptable. Why tell us they would save the items when they clearly don’t! Customer service team just wanted to blame ‘the system’. Sort out ‘your system’ B&S.
Delivery team were total amateurs. They actually wanted to return our items claiming they could not get them in the house, until we demanded they continued to attempt it. Approximately 40 minutes after they had left, we received a phone call from them saying they’d delivered the wrong item and had to come back! You can’t write it!
Our next purchase was a 3 piece suite.... we subsequently went somewhere else!

Great service. Really happy with everything, drivers excellent, good communication and update with arrival time. Paul and Louis thank you, drove all the way from Middlesbrough to Liverpool with my table.

All round 5 stars given and well deserved in our opinion. Recieved a brillient service from initail order to delivery. Great communication throughout the process. Realy can not praise the team at Barker and Stonehouse enough. Just love the new big blue sofa its perfect. 💙❤🥰 The sofa is also made using 100% recycled materials. Even all the packaging it arrived in was 100% recyclable. We are big believers in manufactoring of furniture being made in a sustainable way that helps protect the environment.

Steve and Ian delivered a Stressless Chair. Very friendly and quick delivery.

Communication was great, delivery fast and efficient, the guys also spent a while trying to help me with some missing screws from my sofa that I had delivered 6 months earlier, but just didn't have the the right spares on the van. Really kind of them to try though.

The delivery men were Tommy and James. They were very prompt with the delivery and very helpful. Although the product I purchased was heavy that did not stop them from being cheerful and pleasant. Nothing short of a baker and stone house experience. Very happy with my Arkley range also.

Delivery by Neil and Jay could not have been more professional. On time , enough people to assist in making the preference of their task both smooth and totally efficient. They worked swiftly and carefully .
As a result the time they were on site was minimal.
First Class Service all round .
Would recommend without hesitation !

Very poor customer service ordered a bowl in august that arrived broken after emails and promises of a new bowl being sent still not arrived this bowl cost £59.99 not a small amount also was a present would not recommend this company at all

Roger and Ruis were amazing, can't thank them enough! We bought a 3 seater sofa that couldn't fit through front door, where other delivery men would have said not their problem, they happily helped us get in through the back. Calm, polite, friendly and keen to help. 5 star service!

Excellent delivery by Craig M and Kyle (Middlebrough Distribution Center) today, very polite, rang ahead with a 10 min delivery window so I could arrange work meetings around them. Couldn't believe had strong they were, that furniture was HEAVY!

Matt and Stu who delivered some furniture to us were very lovely and very helpful! They were at all times following government guidelines carefully due to covid and despite having to deliver so much stuff to us all at once, they barely made any mess to the house and respected our house rules! Cheers again Lads! 😄
