The M’Bro Kyle & Jon delivered my sofa, going above an beyond to ensure I was satisfied with everything. This greatly contributed to a higher rating to B&S after a few issues with lost scatters (which were remade and sent separately ahead of the sofa) and delivery rescheduling and “restrictions”.

Excellent service from start to finish. The lady in the shop was really helpful and then Jon & Kyle from the Middlesbrough delivery branch were great. Brought the sofa in without any issues, were fast and polite! Thanks!

Barker and Stonehouse stuck to their delivery of Chesterfield sofa on time as scheduled ..John &Craig from Crawley depot were very helpful 👍..the lift was small for sofa with packaging so we ended up going via stairs ..Great service

Shout out to Jay and Roger (Crawley depot) who were probably the nicest delivery people on the planet. They were very accommodating and help us to understand how to put the sofar together. They were patient, never rushed and even waited a few minutes to make sure we do not have any problems with the item. Jay greeted with a big smile at the door which is rare these days. Overall 7-star service.

Purchased Stressless sofa and chair with marble top side table from Newcastle branch. Paul ( salesperson) was very helpful , understood our requirements and helped us with our purchase. Great product knowledge and customer service. The items were delivered the following week as planned by Graeme and Garry , Blaydon ,two professionals and courteous and very helpful gentlemen.Very patient and couldn’t do enough to satisfy my needs.

The sofa I ordered wasn’t right for reasons I won’t go into. The store at Leeds were amazing. They offered help and advice with choosing a sofa that was right for us. They let us keep the old sofa until our new sofa was ready which was amazing as it took a few months. New sofa delivered on time by two friendly drivers and I am very happy with my new sofa. I have been amazed at how helpful the store has been and how they were more concerned with making sure we got the right product as opposed to just trying to make money out of us. I am super impressed and can’t recommend this store enough.

Craig and Colin were exceptional and extremely helpful. Helped wherever they could, in tricky circumstances with the size of the sofa.

Just received our lovely new sofa. Had a great shopping experience from start to finish (purchased at the Gateshead store). The sofa is perfect for our home and arrived early than expected, probably week 11 of the 13 week wait.

Dean and Jamie M'Bro were a delight to deal with. Very friendly and positive. Highly recommend them for their professionalism. The product is also gorgeous I ordered the butterfly Lounge chairs in LAVA which are beautiful. The company also call well in advance to set up a weekly slot for delivery, then a daily slot then an hour prior to arrival which is really helpful.

Very happy with my new bed. The men who delivered it Craig D and Tony m’ Boro were amazingly helpful getting it up all the stairs and making sure everything was correct. Very impressed with both the service and quality

I have been given 2 weeks delivery for an item in stock, just to be told 4 weeks later they can not find it in the storehouse and have to order it now for unknown delivery time.

First sofa was delivered slightly damaged but they let us keep it until new one arrived which was perfect in the end

Delivery drivers were very helpful and easy to talk to on the matter, never moaned and got on with the job efficiently
