Lan was great
Lan was great, she took the time to explain the ordering process and get me items I needed right away by finding them in other stores. I look forward to doing more projects with her this year.

The selection was adequate
The selection was adequate, but it would’ve been nice not to have to order. Something. Would’ve been nice to take it off the floor and take it home.

One Of The Worst
We bought a new shower and right from the get-go it was and still is a nightmare. Poor customer service and the quality is pathetic. It's been leaking from day one...we have put extra silicone in every possible place where water could escape and it still leaks. Stay away from Bath Depot or you'll be writing a similar review.
