The quality is perfect! I was delighted with my recent purchase of a personalised microfiber towel. The print was clean and crisp and the colours were so vibrant. I have ordered many items from this company and I have been delighted with them all.

What a amazing company I ordered from them and next day it was done and sent to the post and amazing customer service and tracking information absolutely amazing definitely will order again.

Absolutely lovely products and arrived really quickly - great value and fantastic quality

Three things stood out to me about this company enough to make me want to leave this review.
1) The turnaround time was incredibly fast-I had it in my hands much sooner than with other print-on-demand companies I've tried.
2) The print quality was magnificent-my tea towel was bright and glowing in the best way. (It was a gift for someone else, and even though I sent it and they love it, the item looked so good I almost wanted to keep it for myself.
3) All communications from Bags of Love were friendly, timely, and kept me well-informed about my item's journey to me.

You can't really say fairer than all that, and I'll definitely use them again.

A professional, thoughtful, customer service team coupled with an excellent production result and really terrific final product. This was the second item I ordered here, the first being a small leather pouch which came out perfect.

The design environment is second to none, even for a first time user. It is easy to upload, edit and manipulate photos to orient the view precisely how you want it to look

My second product was a shirt that ultimately was too small for the recipient. After a few email exchanges with a very helpful customer service team, we agreed on a solution to remake the shirt. The remade product is perfect.

I ordered a blanket on Sunday evening. Uploaded the 6 photos with ease bar one pic that i just couldn’t line up quite right but it looked ok and I’m not the most patient so placed the order. I could not believe when I received email confirmation on Monday to say it had been despatched and even more shocked when it turned up early Tuesday morning. But the biggest delight I had was the quality of the item - the blanket is perfect. And the photo I struggled to align had been done for me! I genuinely cannot believe what a great experience I had - thank you. I also have to name check Asif who I spoke to on webchat. Very polite and informative. Thank you again. I look forward to more blankets!

Very unhappy with this company. As I was told my purchase would be here by the 28th of December but I’m yet to have got it. Very unprofessional as im getting no feedback or information on my purchase from the company. I will not be purchasing again from this company.

Photo mugs ordered for grandparents for Christmas and printed incorrectly not once but twice! Was informed after the 2nd mistake that I could not have a refund as it had dispatched already. I will end up with 4 mugs saying grandad and none for grandma, despite numerous emails requesting the correct wording. Very disappointing experience.
