I ordered a large banner for our school with our school crest/logo and it is absolutely stunning!! We are so happy with it. The price was unbeatable. It is on linen and the letter and detail is outstanding. I’m honestly so shocked that it is as perfect as it is. Thank you so much. This company is legit order from them. We will be back! Shipping was super fast and I got updates regularly.

I recently complained about the quality of a handkerchief that I had ordered in organic cotton that had been apparently mislabelled as polyester. The customer Team reached out to me and kindly replaced the handkerchief free of charge with another fabric.

They were very prompt in their response and I’m grateful for that

Excellent quality large bone china mug, did a collage photo print of pets which came out perfectly. Been through the dishwasher several times so looks like it will stand up well to use. Not the cheapest around but well worth the money for the perfect gift. So good I’ve already ordered another for myself!

Very disappointed with the poor quality of the product. I ordered a handkerchief for my dad in organic cotton but the product when it arrived had a polyester label. I complained and was told they accidentally put the wrong label on the material. The fabric is undoubtedly polyester but was told it wasn’t. I asked for a replacement but was told I could send it back for them to change the label to read cotton which it clearly isn’t. Given the expense I am very disappointed and will never use this company again.

I have had an awful experience with this company. I made an order and a week later I am told that the ribbon needed for my order was out of stock. I asked for a refund and made an order with another company. Bags of love kept emailing me offering vouchers / discounts etc which I kept declining and asking for my money back. I have had to ask six times for a refund, I am still awaiting this. I would NOT recommend this company and will definitely not be using them in the future.

I have used Bags of Love a few times over the last year for a photograph blanket and pillows. As you design your pieces on line, you sometimes need a professional eye so I contacted them for a on-line chat. Each time, great advice was given and I was reassured to place my order. I was not disappointed. I love love love the quality of the products and have will have no hesitation in using them again.

Very disappointed with bags of love. I used to order from them regularly despite the price as I loved their print quality on vests and masks. I ordered a long sleeve shirt for a friend for her to wear at the event and when it arrived it was simply awful. The cut wasn't round it was a scoop too. Bags offered a 30% refund only or a reprint (which i dont need as the event was last week). Cheaper alternatives to Bags offered me 100% refund if the print was bad.

Upd got a full refund. Updating my rating as I'm happy with the outcome.

I have been so pleased with the quality of the blankets that have been produced and my design was just how I wanted it to be. I have ordered three blankets as presents over the last year and they have been well received. My granddaughters have been delighted with them. I also had wallpaper printed in the design of my choice and this was fantastic. My granddaughter has all her horse friends on the wall now.

Very unhappy. I have received a damaged order which is for an 80th birthday present. I contacted 'customer services' a call centre in India that were unhelpful and cannot give me timescales for resolution other than plucking wildly different things out of thin air. There is no customer service, I have no information and do not know if there will be a resolution. I now need to go elsewhere and spend out more money. I want my money back Bags of Love / Contrado. I don't appreciate being fobbed off and will never use this company again.

I ordered 2 tea towels with my selected images printed on them. Very easy to do using my phone. The quality of print and product was superb, excellent communication throughout the process right up to delivery. Fast, efficient service, can’t recommend enough.

Amazing service and beautiful job at personalising a candle for my mum she loves it so much thank you ,and thank you for very fast delivery I ordered very last min and didnt expect delivery til later this week but got my order Saturday morn and only ordered it thurs night very happy with that service thank you.
