Really love my recent order of a family photo montage blanket for my Nana’s 101st birthday. Order came very quickly and very good quality. I’m sure she’ll love it.

After stumbling across this company 3 weeks ago I have now ordered and had delivered 3 different jigsaw puzzles from photos ( all for presents). First 2 were manufactured and delivered very quickly . The third order was not possible as the company had run out of materials, however their customer services were excellent ( Bhanu you are a star) and a different size and finish was re ordered for me in time for Christmas. The products are great, the ordering is so simple, delivery is rapid. Will Defenitley be using them again.

I ordered the photo Christmas bauble. I must say, the solid white surround gives the bauble a luxury finish and the photo front looks fantastic! The red ribbon, again, gives a luxury feel. Well worth the price, great work!

I was worried after reading negative reviews after placing an order that I would regret my order. It come within 2 days and quality is fine! Easy to contact and friendly customer service thanks

Would highly recommend this company, service, delivery, communication and final product 5 stars.

Pillowcases : great idea but the quality of the fabric is so bad they are not useable. Whilst the print is clear and the colours good (4*) the 'poly cotton' is just nylon. They are not useable as a pillow case. So disappointed by this. I cannot recommend this particular product at all. Service and communication 5*.

I’ve come back to update my review as it appears I was in error. They gave me a call this morning and it’s all been rectified. Pleasantly surprised by how quickly they dealt with this actually.

Arrived home today to find my order on the doorstep. I have bought products from bags of love before, and they never fail to bring tears to my wife and daughter. Once again, they have done an excellent job.
I highly recommend bags of love. The quality is great. The delivery time is great.

Excellent customer service, quality products, good price and speedy delivery

Great quality and service. We ordered a printed T-shirt for a funeral - we thought our son would like a picture of his grandad and something comfy to wear. The quality was fantastic, it arrived really quickly (we did pay for quicker delivery) - and there was a number so I could speak to someone to check we were going to get it in time. It was an all over print and the quality was fab. I would definitely order again!

The customer service is exceptional. Keeps you informed of all processes. The quality of the goods, we got a cushion, apron and a bone China Christmas tree bauble are excellent.The website is really easy to use also.Would highly recommend

The bone china bauble itself is very good quality. The quality of the photographic printing on the baubles has its shortcomings but considering how it printed on a globe shape is very acceptable.

So disappointed with the quality of my item and no return offered despite being within 14 days.

Purchased the 'Men's pyjama bottoms' that were cotton at a price of just under £75. I received some trousers that felt like outer-work wear, not pyjama bottoms at all like described. Really flimsy material and uncomfortable. It looks and feels like a product you'd buy at much cheaper and made from China. But, they list themselves as UK London. This feels like massive scam and for the price I paid I expected so much better.

Tried requesting to return as I wasn't happy at all. Replies were incredibly slow and I had to chase a few times to get a response. Was greeted with generic responses and told I cannot return for a refund because they're customised and it's 'UK Law'. I asked for them to show me this 'UK Law' on the Gov.uk site but they simply responded showing me their policy. This honestly feels illegal.

Please PLEASE go somewhere else. You're being scammed and they won't refund you.

Great product very quick in responding to an order.
Have used them several times had no problems whatsoever. If you do have a problem, they are very willing to contact you and speak to you. Great company will highly recommend

First class products & excellent communication. I bought some personalised Christmas baubles and I was blown away by the quality of the bone china and the excellent printing of the photograph. Just a beautiful, beautiful product all around and will certainly be ordering more!

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. I bought a wood print from here and it was shockingly of very poor quality. Their response was that the print was ‘slightly different’ but the frame I received was markedly different to what I ordered.
Additionally, it has been mentioned that “the designs that you see on the computer or phone screen are very much controlled by the screen contrast, brightness and many other technical aspects”. This is utterly wrong because it is misleading. The software the company is using to create this ‘perfect’ frame does not reflect what I have received.

The print I received is completely not something you can gift someone as it has not delivered anything close to the level of expectation they show you on their website. I’m assuming the ‘quality check’, which was done on this product reflects the company standard.

Do not waste your time and money on this company, which delivers low quality of products.

In the past I have ordered products from bags of love without issue however I always believe the true judge of a company is how they respond when things go wrong. I created a christmas tree ornament using the web design service however what I received didn't match what I had designed and it appears the platform had saved a previous version even though at the point of sale the correct one was showing on screen. I contacted the customer services team who refused to acknowledge the error as their responsibility or rectify the misprint. Will not use again. Instead will use zazzle or spreadshirt.

After writing this initial review the complaint was escalted to another member of the team who arranged for the product to be redone. Communication was much improved and I am happy with the end result. Just a shame this wasn't the first response I recieved.
