Jamie was most pleasing and we are most satified with his service

Brad Williams was the gentleman who came to fit our new phones in the office. he was friendly, considerate and extremely professional.

We had a new install across two branches. Ash was the engineer that completed the install. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Both branches were up and running on the same day with no disruption to day to day tasks. System has been running well.

Jamie came to install our new phone system today, he was very helpful explained everything and answered all questions very patient

I first posted a 5 star review as initially they were ok but as the months have gone on, all is not well, really slow in sorting out issues, app diverts not working as requested, i've asked for a manager to call me, as yet nothing. 2 sites with -not installed routers, 1 site cant even get a fibre line as its not due in the area, no due diligence was made to ascertain this before selling me the contract. I regret ever asking and finding B3. i feel mis sold, promised the earth and let down. i run a busy Funeral Directors, my phone has to work seamlessly - B3 do the right thing and cancel this contract,m ill gladly go back to BT and higher monthly costs

Jacob has been to our company premises today to sort out our new phone system.
He was very helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble .

The telephone set up by from B3 was smooth. While some of the functionality that was promised by the sales team could not be fulfilled, Joe was able to explain and complete the set up to a satisfactory standard.
