Great service and very professional.

Very efficient, clean, tidy and quick service. Craig was very helpful in training for the equipment provided and was happy to answer any questions.

Hidden costs

The initial contact with the sales rep was good and the initial set up was very speedy. The digital app =is good albeit glitchy at time. The customer service when needing help within the app is quick.
HOWEVER the provider they use for the telephone hire is awful!!! BNP Parias. It has enormous amounts of hidden charges! Lots of small written hidden text you easily miss and can get tied into long contracts with no escape! Please be aware

We recently moved into new premises and…

We recently moved into new premises and had our phone system installed by Jacob, who did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process.

Despite having to work around a large amount of leftover cabling from the previous company, Jacob carefully navigated the existing setup and ensured everything was installed correctly with minimal disruption. Thanks to his expertise and problem-solving skills, our new phone system was up and running with as little downtime as possible.

Jacob's attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to getting the job done right made the whole experience stress-free. We couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend B3 Communications to anyone needing telecommunications installation or support.

Excellent service

Craig arrived when he said he would. Everything was changed over and working without any fuss.
Highly recommend B3
The salesman Tayo was also polite careful and clear in his explanations.

Having moved over to B3 Comms for our…

Having moved over to B3 Comms for our phone and internet supplies we have had an engineer out to visit us to complete the installation. After a bad long term experience with our previous supplier B3 have been a breath of fresh air! We have just had our new mobile and PC apps installed and demonstrated by Brad. Brad was a very cheerful guy who explained and demonstrated the interfaces and functionality very clearly. Brad was a pleasure to deal with and we look forward to his ongoing support. We can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Switched from BT, and so glad that we did.

Switched from BT for both internet and phones. Very professional service and was great being able to speak to anyone with queries straightaway.

Harry came to complete the final broadband install and spent time sorting our full network cabinet, to ensure all was tidy and any obsolete items removed.

Very impressed and would recommend to anyone looking to save money, but also gain much better customer service.

Finally migrated from an almost obsolete analogue system to digital. Marcus attended site and completed the exercise in a very efficient and effective manner. Very knowledgeble and pleasant guy. Would strongly recommend Marcus and B3
