Great service from start to finish, all dealings with them have been prompt and on time, the instillation went smoothly and easily. Daz & Ash were brilliant and even went out of their way to try and connect an old printer to the net-work that was well out of date - I would thoroughly recommend.

I've updated this review following discussions with the company.

My original review was about being unable to get any response to emails or support tickets regarding billing queries. After posting this review, the company contacted us almost immediately.

Our director was eventually provided with copies of the agreements signed by a former employee before I joined the business. While these explained many of the charges we had questioned, they also highlighted just how expensive the arrangements actually were.

What we hadn't realised is that there are two separate contracts. One is for the phone and network services, while the handset rental is through BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions under a separate very long-term leasing agreement. I would encourage anyone considering a similar agreement to also research the above leasing company before signing, as it has a significant number of negative customer reviews online.

The biggest issue is that we are a business of just a few people that receives and makes very few phone calls, yet we were sold what appears to be an enterprise-level phone system on a lengthy 7 year contract. By the end of the agreement, we'll have paid well over £8,000 just to rent relatively basic desk phones that, in my opinion, could have been purchased outright elsewhere for less than £100 total.

We also discovered a significant annual maintenance fee of over £1000 buried in the small print. On top of that, additional monthly charges were added to our account after the first year without any prior communication or explanation, meaning our bills increased beyond what we expected from the original agreements.

I accept that contracts were signed by a former employee so I can't confirm what their sales pitch was, but I don't believe a package like this was appropriate for a business of our size or needs in any way shape or form. We feel we've ended up paying enterprise-level prices for a system we simply don't need, and we're now locked into it for 7 years with 2 separate companies.

There are far cheaper alternatives available than this company, don't make our mistake.

Equipment arrived promptly and was installed and expertly demonstrated today by Darren. Would recommend B3.

Both Darren and Joe were very helpful and knowledgeable. They swapped all our phones over with minimal disruption and got us up an running pretty quickly.

Having said that, a few weeks on there are teething problems with the set up.

Both our old phone and broadband companies are still billing us which we were led to believe by the sales rep that B3 would deal with during the handover. B3 do not seem to be answering queries on this and just forward any emails to the support desk who have not contacted us.

So, initial review now knocked down to a 3 until we get some answers.

The install went very smoothly and Jacob was extremly helpful and professional.

Marcus visited our office at Flair Supplies Group today to install a full telephone and broadband system, including six touchscreen phones. He was fantastic from start to finish — friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He spent several hours with us and took the time to answer every question we had. Excellent service and a great engineer. Highly recommended.
