Darren was excellent when he came to do the installation. Really pleasant and very knowledgeable. He talked us through the set up of call switch one portal and app, to make sure we were happy with how to use it and answered any question we had. We had a small issue when BT came to switch us to fibre from the copper lines, but as he promised; Darren was on the end of the phone and talked the engineer through what needed to be done.
Matt who initially came to see us to talk us through what B3 could offer was also very pleasant and helpful.

I had been trying to call b3 for a good half an hour before I spoke to someone, I had called the 0161 number about 4 times, it would ring I would get put on hold someone would answer and the phone call would end this happens at lest 3 times, I then tried the 023 number and finally managed to speak to a lovely lady who helped me. I then got a call back from Darren who was great and fixed my problem - I still wouldn’t recommend this company as we constantly have issues and quite frankly the maintenance bill is extortionate concerning no one actually comes to maintain the phone line and we’re forever having issues.

Marcus was very polite and efficient when installing the telecom and broadband. He made it very easy to understand the equipment.
Would recommend highly for his professionalism and knowledge.

Marcus was so helpful and thorough in ensuring all our technical specifications were met, liaising with the external engineer to achieve a timely, hassle-free installation.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Marcus for any future installations.

Jamie and Ash came out to our site over 3 days to prep and install starlink and new handsets over a large area. They were both very clear and informative, ensuring to explain the various steps they were undertaking to everyone involved, limiting any downtime. Polite, friendly professionals that made every effort to accommodate our preferences.
The service provided to date from B3 has been great without any issues.

We had a new telephone system installed by Jacob. He was very thorough and had a very clear understanding of how we needed the system to be configured. He was professional and courteous and explained everything very well. Our experience with B3 Communications has been very positive so far.

TBF I was initially apprehensive about swapping companies from bt to B3 due to the lack of fibre to the property but from the initial contact and meeting with jon who was very knowledgeable and explained things in normal terms who also did the survey to agree that starlink would be great for us. to the installation 2 days later by Marcus who was amazing with the full installation and setting up of the equipment. So far so good and would recommend them to anybody who is in the same position as us with no fibre to property. Marcus explained the equipment and how to use it and made sure everything was linked and working before he left.

Jamie visited our office today to sort out some issues we were having with our new phone installation. Nothing was too much trouble and phones are all perfect now. Credit to B3, he can come again (hopefully he won't need to though).
