Jakub came to our offices today to sort our phones out and he was 10 10. Cant recommend this guys enough. Made whole process so easy. Top man Jakub.

Great set up very quick and easy. Daniel also did a run through how to use phones which was very helpful.

Jacob has visited us multiple times regarding installations of our new phone systems, I can honestly say he is a pleasure to deal with. Polite and knowledgeable, nothing has been too much trouble for him. Top man.

Jamie was brilliant, he told me exactly what needed to happen, was patient when I asked questions and told me what had happened when he was finished, asking if there was anything else I needed help with. We now have super fast broadband and are very happy, thanks Jamie!

We had a system outage with no access to the internet.We reported it yesterday and Kristine was prompt and prioritised it. Jacob came this morning to fix it.He was even here before we opened which was great.He was friendly and professional.Overall, a great experience.

I was initially very sceptical about moving to a new phone system due to several poor experiences with previous providers. However, from the very beginning, the team at B3 reassured me every step of the way.

Tayo and Yasmine put a tremendous amount of effort into understanding my concerns and convincing me that this experience would be different. They were honest, patient, and never pushy, taking the time to clearly explain the entire process and answer all of my questions.

Marcus installed the phones at one of our sites yesterday, and his professionalism was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, approachable, and made the installation process straightforward and stress-free.

So far, I genuinely cannot fault this company. Their honesty, attention to detail, and customer service have been a refreshing change from the past providers. So far so good!.

B3 communications have just installed a new network, and they are absolutely great in customer service. The new network is about 25 times faster than previous one. Marcus the engineer who came to install the new network and phone system is absolutely great. He made sure that everything is working before he left. He seems very professional and knowledgeable in the installation. It was great working with him. I recommend this company to any businesses who wants descent network.

Jacob came to the premises and worked to an outstanding manor and talked us through all the equipment and gave us all the details we needed to know and more.

We are so grateful to Darren, who drove 152 miles on a Saturday morning to tidy up our cables and to fit a cabinet on the wall. Brilliant service, such a nice guy. Thank you

Daniel came to install, he was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our many questions yet continued to complete his work in a timely manor. He was cheerful and survived the coffee he was offered.

Dealt with B3 for a number of years now. Although it’s been a little shaky at times, they have really delivered when it counted.
The team are helpful and listen to and resolve any issues.
