Marcus, Jacob, Mollie and harry have all been a great with support on on new system. Would highly recommend.

Marcus came today and he made things so easy to understand. He went through everything he did. Very professional and friendly. Also, Jacob, Alex and Lauren in the office have made everything possible in the background.

Marcus from B3 Communications was absolutely brilliant cant fault him the switch over from our previous supplier to this new system was seamless. Nothing was too much trouble for him and really went the extra mile for us!

Darren has been absolutely brilliant, super friendly and efficient! He just gets the job done without interrupting the office.

I must say that most people / companies that say they will do something actually do it but Jill and Dan in Support absolutely went the extra mile, Jill was back and forth on and off for the whole day trying to solve IT issues, then Dan sorted my connection, woke up this morning and all working. Shame everyone isnt as helpful and dedicated!! I think they both need a pay rise!!! Thanks for everything to both of you from all at W&J Developments. Jay

Jamie, Ash and Harry have been excellent - installation has gone very smoothly and they were great to deal with!

B3 communications have just updated our telephone systems for us over two locations - retaining our existing landline number with new phones and equipment. They have also taken over our internet with just one connection. Their engineers on site Jamie & Ash were outstanding - not only extremely efficient and helpful but explained the process fully . They also spent time to train us on the new equipment and so far so good! Excellent service and good communications from the Company throughout.

Darren was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He told us what he was doing at every stage of the install and taught us how to use the system along the way. We feel comfortable using the system and didn't feel awkward asking further questions as he made us feel so at ease.

Darren and Daniel were brilliant when installing our new phones - very friendly and nothing was too much! They were really helpful in explaining everything to us and happy to answer questions when they had left too. I had follow up questions and Darren even sent me a video explaining how I could complete what I was doing. Very pleased :)

Marcus attended site to sort out our phones and internet. he was fantastic talked us through everything and was a pleasure to work with.

After having a hard time setting up a new phone contract and literally knowing nothing about the system. We had the assistance of Daz, who helped us immensely in getting set up. Thank you Daz for your patience.

Darren was excellent when he came to do the installation. Really pleasant and very knowledgeable. He talked us through the set up of call switch one portal and app, to make sure we were happy with how to use it and answered any question we had. We had a small issue when BT came to switch us to fibre from the copper lines, but as he promised; Darren was on the end of the phone and talked the engineer through what needed to be done.
Matt who initially came to see us to talk us through what B3 could offer was also very pleasant and helpful.
