My career has been organizing corporate group events globally, so when it came to planning my own trip to Azores / Madeira - I reached out to Azores Getaways and was fortunate to be connected with Mario. His attention to detail and transparency is commendable. Based on my initial request, he came back with a jam packed fully customized 12 night experience. After reviewing the options and a few e-mails back and forth, the end result is a great balance of full day and half day experiences for April 2027 at a price that my hubby and I are comfortable with. Fast response times and he REALLY read my messages thoroughly and answered them point by point. That's impressive because the devil is always in the details. I look forward to the operational part of it next year, but a great start.....

Was no help. I had a family member go into the hospital and we need to change to a different family member and did not offer and help or advice on making the change. Still waiting on a response from an email, online chat and phone call. Really poor customer service.

Responsive and accommodating agents
The representatives were quick to respond and even helped arrange it so I could put down a deposit and pay the balance later. This was crucial for us to book the trip now and they made it happen.
I also am impressed with the prices. I expect all will be as advertised when we actually take the trip, but we will review that part later on.

Wonderful Trip
Your organization was wonderful. Everything, from the flight to the tours, was right on schedule. Flights were smooth, and enjoyable (could have used a little more leg room & some sort of drink & snack from Azores Airlines on our 5 hour flight). Tour guides were well-informed and happy to teach us about the island of Sao Miguel. Hotel staff at the GRAND was very, very nice and willing to help in any way. The Team from Azores Getaways was always willing to help, answer questions, and share advice in a very timely manner. A VERY PLEASANT JOURNEY

Well planned trip
The trip went well without a hitch. Azores Getaway personnel are very friendly, professional, and helpful. We loved all of our excursions because they were small and all the drivers were very experienced and knowledgeable about the island. We especially like the private transfers to and from the airport. We definitely will book again because the price is affordable and the Azores are beautiful.

Every transfer was made easy with prompt professional drivers holding signs with our name; Faial Gardens hotel had the best marina view, pool, & breakfast of our trip.
Azores Winery & Adega Vitivinicola Lucas Amaral were awesome vineyards to visit.
