I originally reached out via email for a quote and received a quick reply with options the very next business day from Sara R. When I had follow-up questions, she made it super easy to jump on a call with her. Sara was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all my questions, tailored another package specifically for me, and followed up to make sure everything met my expectations.
Throughout the process, I also had the pleasure of speaking with Ruben and Ana on the phone—everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and super helpful. The final reservation process was completely seamless.

Great booking experience
I haven’t completed my travel yet! But so far I can say the prices are very good for what they offer, the booking experience was awesome, I was able to easily select the islands I wanted, the hotels I liked, the car I wanted and the communication after the booking was excellent, I received the confirmation emails instantly with all the details and information needed for travel, they even send me a free guide with an easy to follow daily itinerary and recommendations for things to see, experiences and restaurants! I can’t wait to discover Terceira and Sao Miguel and I will definitely book with them again. Highly recommended!
