I am pleased with the purchase I made.

Customer service is quick to reply. This is great. However, I found them to be rude and impolite when asked a question that they didn't seem to have a definitive answer for. Odd way of doing business, considering I'm looking for parts for three cars. Based on my experience today, I will not be purchasing from this company.

A GIANT, ORGANIZED SCAM. This is a big company which has multiple websites with different domain names for every European country. They all use the same database and orders comes from Autodoc Gmbh / Germany.

They also have a car parts brand called Stark Professional Line, which is again located in Germany but sells Chinese-made, low quality parts.

I've bought a DELPHI brand MAP sensor from them. They have sent STARK brand sensor instead. It's a very poorly made sensor which won't even fit properly on my car (part number is correct) and probably worth a few dollars on Aliexpress.

When I made a little research, I've seen that they did the same to other people and when you contact them, they say "Stark is better brand and costs more so you better keep it, or you can send it back to us on your own expense" Which will cost more than the part itself.

I know, the prices are tempting but you're just wasting your money. Just spend a little more and buy from a trusted establishment.
