Overall, Avensure provide a good service. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It is good that there is always someone available to help.
The service perhaps isn't as good as the initial salesperson made it out to be.
Whilst the staff who work on the HRIS are very helpful, the system itself isn't particularly user friendly.

Excellent customer care, can always get hold of them when I need them, and solid strong advice. Feel very assured with our HR going forwards

I met Nick at the HR/Employment Law meeting and we went on from there. It was easy to get started and everyone was helpful and friendly. Puts your mind at rest that you have people to help you if anything comes up that you are not sure about.

We have only been with Avensure for a couple of weeks but their incredible service has already blown us away. Each person we have spoken to have been polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Letters/documents that we've requested have been in our inboxes within minutes saving us valuable time whilst also ensuring the contents comply with the relevant laws/regulations. Avensure have taken an enormous weight off our shoulders.

Signed us up to an additional five year contract and although not providing an efficient service and significant charging refuse to allow us to exit. Should not be allowed.

In regards to the reply from Avensure, we are very much a customer of yourselves and have reached out on several occasions to unable us to fairly exit the contract, however this has been refused. As you have proven that openly discussing the issue has not helped then anonymity will be held.
