My Health and Safety policy required updating, not only was it updated within a few hours, the format had been adjusted making it clearer and easier to read than the previous heavy font, minor corrections had also been applied to the spacing, making the pages look more fitting for purpose. The team at Avensure are always very friendly and responsive. I can always get through to somebody very quickly. My allocated consultant is very helpful and ensures consistency, but if she is unavailable there are always other team members who are able to help.

Great clear communication

received a letter supposed to look like an official government letter say i had to attend training re government changes in law headed "ATTENDANCE REQUIRED". the letter went on to say i had a "Legal Obligation to stay informed"
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCOMSTANCE BE FOOLED BY THIS UNDERHAND MARKETING PLOY. when i called the company on 0330 995 0360 the lady was unable to help and said she was just told to send the letter out.
