Excellent service by Gemma - our Accountants initially recommended Avensure as they had a cause to employ their services. We are a small business, cannot afford a full time HR Advisor. Avensure are the next best solution. You are given a dedicated advisor from start to finish for each query, eliminating the need to keep repeating your case, we have always received very prompt guidance either by telephone or email or both if need be every step of the way. Draft minutes, letters and advice well ahead of the next stage all prove invaluable and is so reassuring to know you are legally meeting all of the required standards. Avensure have updated all of our Statement of Particulars and Employee Handbooks - we would highly recommend them and also puts our company at ease knowing we have the expertise behind us.

Sheamus Mayall was very friendly and helpful which is great when you're dealing with stressful workplace situations. He was able to tailor the advice based on evolving situations and got back to me promptly each time.

When signing up a contract and if you are a SMALL business specially in CARE sector , absolutely careful on signing up ROGUE contracts. In my experience Avensure will simply turn its back within few days once DD is set up. They only wanted to stay in competition , They are not specialised in many sectors to give you advice or back you up when there is a need as they pretend to be.

If you are a small Business owner like me it is difficult enough of your choices and I would stringily suggest true and honest feedbacks , You will only know the true face of the ROGUE firms when you in need of help. have a good read through of my review before making your decision.
I was asked to provide good review when I was joined. Avensure has since signed second contract with us for the same exact services.Charging us £322 per month for a small business with 7 staffs for yrs. Total value is £19,320 and this is what we get.
1. You will get a google searched Document for your Health & safety
2. You will be told that they no longer deal with your type of business & still pay them £19,320
3. You will be told to find alternate support for business in Retail, care, clothing, convenience & prooerty I am not sure what sector they can provide the services.
4. There will be a receptionist who will be your consultant basically will tell you to refer Google or chat GPT.
5. You can ask so many Qs they will say sorry we cannot advice anything about your business.
6. Signing up with avensure for probably at higher cost than what I am paying , then you also need to pay someone else to do the actual service . Avensure will NOT serve you any such a service you look for.
7. Their staffs are very confrontational when you Qs them
We have sent them 39 email to release from contract ,

I think they will be soon take money and run away .

Unsure about experience with Avensure at the moment as over the last year or so its been a bit hit and miss with advice and answers.

lately I have had good communications with our advisor which is good but overall its been 3 stars.

We are looking once our contract is up at looking at other options when it comes to our HR.
