I purchased a mobile lift from these guys and they forgot to add extenders to my lift and I also had a bunch of missing hardware. I financed the equipment through a bank and the deal was finalized now because they failed to add my equipment to my order I had to come out of pocket for my equipment that was missing on top of that these guys are selling these lifts with air locks they gave me the air lines with no coupling so guess what what when I put the lift in the air I couldn't release it to come down with a loaded car. I had to special order this part through amazon clearly this guys think Im iron man and can just push the thing down they need to get in contact with there assembly line and engineers to fix this problem they are setting up the customer up for failure. They also claim its 110 volts to power the unit with 20amps of that is incorrect it needs a higher load of power. These guys clearly need to get there ducks in a row.

They provide great pricing, fast shipment, (had the items in 3 days with free shipping), and great customer service. Had questions about the items I purchased, called the office and the sale rep answered the questions he could and then provided me with contact info to the manufacturer to help me get the rest of my questions answered. To me, being honest and not trying to sales pitch me around my questions is great customer service and very rare these days.
