Hello Mario,
I briefly spoke with Alex yesterday and explained the situation. I had planned to call you personally, but Alex happened to call me first.

To recap, my existing lift suffered a broken cable. The estimated cost to replace the cable, along with parts and labor, ranged between $900-$1,600, depending on the company. As we discussed the repair, we realized that cables generally do not fail without a reason. Something likely caused additional stress on the cable, which raised the question of what other issues might be discovered once the repair work began. Based on that, we decided not to invest in repairing the existing lift, which dates back to 2009.

The next question was whether we should purchase a new lift. After careful consideration, we concluded that I no longer use it nearly as much as I once did. In fact, the last four or five times it was used, it was for friends who needed it. I personally have not used it in several years. As a result, we decided to dispose of the old lift and not replace it.

I do want to tell you how impressed I was with your service, customer support, and professionalism throughout this process. I truly could not have asked for better assistance. The information you provided, along with the detailed quotes and documentation, was exceptionally thorough and helpful.

Although we did not move forward with a purchase—and certainly through no fault of yours—I would not hesitate to recommend you and your company to anyone in need of a lift. And needless to say, if we ever change our minds and decide to purchase a new lift in the future, you will be the first person I contact.

Ordered (1) 2post lift & (1) 4post lift, received the 4post lift in 4 days, the 2post lift in 8 days, Received emails with tracking #’s when they shipped, got 1 hr notices by phone before ea. got to load dock. They are packed really well, does require fork lift (they both weighed 1700 lbs ea.) got assembly instructions with 4post, had to go online to get instructions for 2post, have not assembled yet, still finishing garage they go in.

Was looking for a new Robinair AC machine. Called them to confirm it was in stock and ready to ship. Real person answered the phone. They called me back to confrim the online order was received, called again to tell me it shipped and tracking info was emailed to me. Ordered it on Monday, it shipped from Texas and was delivered to Indiana on Wednesday. Very well packaged and 5 stars to R&L Carriers also.

Communication was great which is important when purchasing large value items.
