Kinda dropped the ball on my order because it was close to the holidays but I ended up ordering the wrong thing, they made swapping it out and getting me the right one easy. Need to work on communicating better but overall I'm pleased.

Received very good customer service from Automotive Equipment Specialists.
I ordered the wrong diagnostic scanner and they went out of their way to ensure I was able to get the scanner I wanted. I called and emailed them several times and was either able to speak to someone each time - or if not available my calls were returned in a timely manner, and all of my emails were answered in a timely manner. I would definitely buy from them again.

I love the lift
I love the lift, to much for one person to do by yourself, i got my son to help,
it went great from that point, no issues until we finished and the cylinder started
leaking. i called tech support and they have a new one going out to me tomorrow. i am well pleased.

The instruction book leaves quite a bit to be desired The hardware included with the lift is for multiple lifts and there was nothing there to tell me that ahead of time so it caused some confusion. The only other complaint that I had is that the power cord is way too short unless the garage was built specifically for that lift
