Autorenewal at a competitive price

Very reasonable cost for cover including home start (very important to me) - renewal quote sent automatically (I would not remember to do it!) and easy to do on-line.

Your renewal email looked like spam. The heading was the one word 'office' plus a string of meaningless numbers and letters. After the first email, I politely pointed this out and said I would renew, but not until nearer the due date. You then sent a string of very irritating repeat emails. I have renewed chiefly beacuse I have too many other things to hunt for an alternative. You have destroyed good will.

I’ve called auto aid twice this year for breakdowns and have been impressed at the service both times. Calls handled efficiently and the second time I was on M1 hard shoulder and received safety call every 15 mins as a single female. Good value and good service
