Haven’t used them yet, but signed up with them as I was recommended by Friend seems a very reasonable price .

So easy to join AutoAid makes the joining process simple.

To be honest all I have done is buy the cover and this year renew it.
I have dealt only with Auto aid online and have no experience of communicating with a human if indeed there is one. I have not needed to request assistance as our car is reliable and properly maintained. I think that asking for a review when strictly speaking nothing has been done is pointless.

The website wasn’t easy to use in that I was trying to renew on my iPhone and the pages weren’t displaying properly. After going round a loop for the 3rd time I changed onto my IPad and it worked fine. Just a bit frustrating.

To be candid, whilst the guy I spoke to at AuotAiddid his very best, I got a better deal using MSE. I sincerely hope I never have to use the cover but here's hoping it works OK should the worst happen.

The website for renewal was easy to use and when I phoned with a specific question my call was answered quickly and the person I spoke to was very helpful and friendly.

I would give them zero stars. Twice they have randomly cancelled my policy because of a billing error on their end. They claim they are "unable" to take payment and cancel that day making you pay double upfront on a new policy again. Plus I accidentally overlapped my starting dates due to their error making me take out a new policy but they said on the phone the 14 day cooling off period does not apply to their policies and are refusing a refund. I am going to make them confirm this in writing and write to the ombudsman and claim a refund through my bank. Avoid any companies that treat you like this and think the law does not apply them.

Really easy to understand and navigate. Purchasing the cover was simple and the price was really good.

Everything went well with dealing with the customer service representative. She was polite, informative, and easy to talk to. The renewal price for breakdown was competitive, so renewed instantly. Happy days.

Renewal was simple and straight forward except from the fact that when my card was debited by Right Choice Insurance I was unaware that it was for Auto Aid

Terrible service from the outset. It took nearly three days just to receive my policy documents, despite contacting them multiple times, and not a single email or message has received a response.

If communication is this poor when simply trying to obtain policy documents, I dread to think what the service would be like if I actually needed to make a claim or required urgent assistance.

I will be contacting them to request a refund, as this level of customer service is simply not acceptable.
