My fiancé and I went into the Leeds store on Saturday to choose my engagement ring and Gabrielle was fantastic. I found Austen & Blake while browsing online for wedding bands. After spotting a few designs I liked, I looked up my nearest showroom and was pleased to find it wasn't too far away.
I visited on a Friday afternoon without an appointment and was seen straight away by Sam, who was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to talk through our options, answer our questions, and let us try on a variety of designs to help us find the perfect ring.
I left the showroom delighted, having narrowed it down to two beautiful options. Sam also emailed me all the details afterwards, which made it easy to compare them and think things over at home.
After a few days, I had made my decision but wanted to be absolutely certain, so I gave it a little more thought. A couple of weeks later, and after some email exchanges, I spoke with Sam over the phone and she arranged my order for home delivery, which was my preferred option. Even better, she was able to offer a price that was significantly better than the one shown on the website, which I was incredibly grateful for.
Throughout the entire process, Sam was helpful, friendly, and professional, making what can be a daunting purchase feel easy and enjoyable.
I can't wait for my ring to arrive, and I'm even more excited for the big day now.

Just collected our wedding rings today and the service has been excellent from start to finish. Everyone has been really friendly and helpful. Charlotte was super knowledgeable and helpful and really took her time going through all our options. She was also really lovely with our little boy and she made the whole experience feel really special and made us really excited for our upcoming wedding. We collected our rings from Amber who was equally as lovely and helpful. Thank you all so much for a great experience.
I think your staff & how you lay out your jewellery store is very enticing, I go into the Chester branch shop & the manager Jean Lee is amazing with customers & her staff. So extremely knowledgeable. The diamonds are very beautiful & so easy to get caught up in wanting more.
My only complaint is that the bar from diamond to put through ear is too thick.
Highly recommend the Chester branch, in particular Jean who went above and beyond to help me find the best engagement ring within budget.
The team kept me informed throughout every process and contacted me to arrange an appointment to collect once in store. The team are friendly and are willing to help you in any way they can.
I placed my order on May 5th 2026, estimated delivery 2-4 weeks and exact date of 30th May was provided. on 1st June I contacted them to ask for an update with no response. I then emailed on 3rd June and recieved a reply on 4th June that they cannot deliver to the alternate address provided because I paid for the order via their 0% finance option. This is particularly disappointing because when I made the order, they asked me to provide identification to allow them to send to the alternate address! Why make people do that, and delay the order, if they turn around a month later and say it's not possible?!
I still haven't received the order but been told it will dispached today - straight to my address where the person who is supposed to receive the gift as a surprise will be to sign for it!
Lack of communication, delayed delivery and unneccesary delays for a simple order (not customised at all).

Non existent customer service with not nearly enough communication for a company providing a service so important to it's customers. Waiting for my engagement ring to show up is far more frustrating than exciting after numerous times reaching out no one can give me any information on when I might receive it.. 2-4 business weeks have passed and no one is telling me where my ring is.

I collected my engagement ring from Kaushika on the 30th from the Southampton office. When she phoned to let me now it had arrived she could hear in my voice that I was keen to collect ASAP, and very kindly arranged to fit me in last minute....thank you so much again!
I am absolutely delighted with my ring! Having gone in with an idea of what I wanted, I quickly changed my mind, and Kaushika guided me through the process to decide on the most stunning piece that we both adore.
The only slightly less positive aspect was the lack of updates regarding delivery from the workshop (which is nothing to do with the lovely Kaushika I might add!). I had 3 emails in fairly close succession during the first week or so to update on progress, then nothing until it actually arrived (which was just under 4 weeks, no problem), despite emailing customer services to ask (I never received a repsonse). It's not a huge issue at all and it wouldn't put me of ordering again, but as someone who is somewhat impatient and was very excited it would have been lovely to have a bit more of an idea regarding progress. I appreciate this may be tricky given the volume of orders though!
Very disappointing and frustrating service we have received regarding our wedding rings order
My fiancée and I initially visited your store to be measured and place an order for our wedding rings. Four weeks later, we were informed that the rings were ready for collection . However, upon arrival, both rings were incorrect. My ring did not have the brushed finish I had specifically requested, and my fiancée’s ring did not fit due to the measuring ring being out by a full size.
We were advised by a member of staff that the rings would be returned to be corrected. After a further three weeks, we received another email confirming the rings were ready to collect. We booked an appointment for 4pm on the Friday and travelled into Glasgow specifically for this. At 3:59pm—just one minute before our appointment—we received a phone call informing us that only one ring was available, and my fiancée’s ring was not in store.
Despite the inconvenience, we attended the appointment, only to find that staff were unable to locate my fiancée’s ring in the system at all. We were told the matter would be escalated to a manager and that we would be contacted with an update. Unfortunately, over a week and a half passed with no communication whatsoever—no update, no explanation, and no reassurance.
I then had to contact your store myself, only to find that the staff member I spoke with on the phone was unaware, suggesting that no notes or handover had been recorded by the original staff member who was dealing with it. I was then informed the ring should be ready by the end of the week. This will now be the third attempted collection, and at no point have we been proactively kept informed—it has always been left to us to chase updates.
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful, particularly given the importance of these items in the lead-up to our wedding. The repeated errors, lack of organisation, and poor communication are completely unacceptable with the amount of money we have paid as it has still not been fully resolved.
