Mixed experience
In store service was amazing helping us try on different styles and figure out what size my partner was. However following this with the order of the ring things haven’t been so great, was provided a 2-4 week wait time however have now been told the item will not be shipped until after this date.

A lovely experience & the service was brilliant
Charlotte helped me and my partner look through some wedding rings and she was so personable, patient, and attentive. Neither of us felt any pressure to purchase anything today but we managed to narrow our options down so that we can come back in the future and select one from our options. Charlotte also cleaned my engagement ring, which wasn’t purchased from Austen & Blake but they still cleaned it for me which was another lovely touch.
A really lovely experience and we would recommend A&B, and Charlotte, to anybody looking for wedding rings and advice!

Amber was outstanding during our appointment, she was super friendly and went above and beyond to find the perfect ring for me. She wasn’t pushy at all and gave great advice. I would highly recommend a visit for a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

The girls all of them were really…
The girls all of them were really helpful. Knowledgeable about the products they were selling and just generally nice girls. I dealt with Shirley and one other girl. The manager couldn't have been more helpful.

We had a great experience buying our rings at Austen and Blake. William took the time to understand what we were looking for and was professional and personable throughout.
