Mit der Qualität und der Zahlungsweise von Aurox Health habe ich keine Probleme und gebe Ihnen gerne 5 Sterne. Aber diesmal ist die erwartete Sendung, um die ich dringend bitte, von DHL zurückgeschickt worden, ohne dass ich vorher eine Mail, dass die Sendung in der Paketstation 419 angekommen ist, von DHL erhalten habe. DHL hat nicht sorgfältig gearbeitet.

ich habe dieses Unternehmen vor einiger Zeit entdeckt und bin sehr zufrieden. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt , die Produkte sind gut und entsprechen den Beschreibungen. Die Lieferung erfolgt innerhalb weniger Tage. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Nous sommes désolés pour cette situation, mais après une vérification approfondie, nous n'avons trouvé aucune trace de commande ou de message associé à vos coordonnées dans notre système.
Il arrive parfois que des clients nous confondent avec une autre entreprise portant un nom similaire (par exemple, une société vendant des bagues magnétiques), alors que nous sommes AUROX Health et que nous vendons exclusivement des compléments alimentaires.

Ich habe das Päckchen endlich bekommen
Ich habe das Päckchen endlich bekommen, der Fehler lag nicht bei Aurox sondern bei DPD. Sie haben mich eine Abholstationauswählen lassen, die bis 6.1. zu hatte,abholen dann ab 8.1. Am 23.12. hat mir DPD geschrieben, mein Päckchen ist auf dem weg zum Paketshop.

Nous sommes le 5 janvier 2026, à ce jour, je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon colis alors que le 22 décembre 2025, vous m’aviez envoyé un mail en me disant que mon colis était en transit 15 jours après je l’ai toujours pas de colis où sont les 48 où 112 heures de livraison à domicile et on a personne à qui s’adresser pour pouvoir savoir où en est notre colis malgré le numéro d’envoi, j’attends une réactivité de votre part. Nous sommes Aurox Health (AuroxHealth.com), spécialisés uniquement dans les compléments alimentaires. Nous ne vendons pas d'anneaux magnétiques ni d'autres produits provenant du site aurox.online (contact@aurox.store).

Por este motivo, no entendemos por qué se le ha ofrecido la posibilidad de valorarnos como AuroxHealth en relación con un pedido realizado en otra tienda. Le rogamos amablemente que elimine dicha reseña, ya que es perjudicial para nosotros y no se refiere ni a nuestros productos ni a nuestro servicio.

Meine Lieferung ist nicht eingegangen - es zwar zwar Fehler von DHL - Sendung ging zurück an Firma - aber Aurox Health war in der Folge nicht hilfreich. Seit Bezahlung sind nun mehr als 6 Wochen vergangen und ich habe mein Geld noch nicht zurückerstattet bekommen!
Nach negativer Beurteilung ist mein Geld inzwischen zurückerstattet worden - zusammen mit Entschuldigung der Firma.
