Ci dispiace che il prodotto non abbia soddisfatto le Sue aspettative. Desideriamo chiarire che il prodotto ricevuto è un prodotto originale Solgar, e le differenze derivano esclusivamente dall’etichettatura per mercati diversi (ad esempio italiano e britannico).
La composizione e il dosaggio sono identici – ad esempio, 1000 mg di bitartrato di colina corrispondono a 410 mg di colina pura, motivo per cui i valori possono apparire diversi sull’etichetta, ma in realtà sono gli stessi.
Siamo sempre disponibili al dialogo e felici di chiarire qualsiasi dubbio — sarebbe bastato contattarci per risolvere rapidamente la situazione.
Se tuttavia non desidera tenere il prodotto, offriamo naturalmente un reso gratuito e assistenza nella procedura.

Assoluta mancanza di reale assistenza. Merce non ricevuta!
Acquisto, spedizione e consegna veloci (dai Paesi Bassi, come dal sito indicato, all'Italia) ma.. NESSUN CONTENUTO NELLA CONFEZIONE RICEVUTA, SOLO MATERIALE PLASTICO D'IMBALLO! Si contesta subito il problema all'assistenza clienti, facendo notare che la spedizione intanto avveniva dalla Polonia e non dai Paesi Bassi! Mai spiegato chiaramente perché..L'assistenza clienti, o meglio la NON assistenza clienti, seppure documentata con foto e particolari la vicenda, continua a chiedere ulteriori ed uguali documentazioni, é ripetitiva e distaccata, scrive e dichiara che serve ciò per aprire il reclamo quando e-mail della DPD (loro corriere) comunicava già l'apertura del reclamo da parte loro, cercando addirittura e scorrettamente da ultimo di cercare incongruenze nelle varie email (circa 30!). Aggiungo che l'indirizzo indicato della ditta é un indirizzo virtuale, non reale, come si può desumere da una semplice ricerca via Google Maps. Inoltre, ha parecchie recensioni negative (1 stella) se si effettua ricerca selezionando appunto 1 stella (7% attuale di recensioni) dove da varie parti del mondo segnalano negatività della ditta e dell'assistenza/non assistenza. Morale: non si assumono alcuna responsabilità diretta e proprie colpe, rinviando al corriere... Quanto pagato non arriva...So solo di aver perso tempo e soldi con una società non corretta e chiara nell'agire! DIFFIDATE!

come già comunicato nella nostra precedente corrispondenza, siamo in contatto con Lei w tej sprawie i procedura reclamo con il corriere è già stata avviata.
Comprendiamo il disagio causato dalla situazione, tuttavia in caso di spedizione apparentemente integra ma senza contenuto, è necessario seguire la procedura ufficiale del corriere, che richiede documentazione completa e coerente per poter concludere l’indagine.
Le richieste del nostro servizio clienti non sono ripetitive senza motivo, ma derivano direttamente dai requisiti del corriere per poter portare avanti la pratica.
Per quanto riguarda la spedizione, come già spiegato, gli ordini possono essere evasi da diversi centri logistici nell’Unione Europea, a seconda della disponibilità del prodotto.
Restiamo a disposizione e continueremo a seguire il caso fino alla sua risoluzione.

Wir möchten jedoch klarstellen, dass wir Sie bereits am 27. Februar kontaktiert i um eine Bestätigung Ihrer Lieferadresse gebeten haben, da das Paket als unzustellbar an uns zurückging. Leider haben wir hierzu bis heute keine Rückmeldung von Ihnen erhalten.
