Aurox's entire return process is evidently designed to wear the customer down until they give up.
Unfortunately, I haven't received confirmation of the return or a refund.
I've never had any problems receiving an order.
But the return processes are a nightmare.

Communication upon delivery
My experiences:
The price and the product are great, the communication between AH and the customer needs to be improved. When delivered it only says:
"The goods have been shipped."
Other senders (Amazon) provide more detailed information about where the goods are at the moment. For example, I live in Cyprus (TRNC) and need to plan the collection of the goods in Nicosia (Republic of Cyprus). With the sparse information from AH it didn't work!
So unfortunately I had to drive to Nicosia twice to get my mailbox!

Thank you for the four stars, and honestly, thank you even more for the criticism. You're right, and it's a fair hit.
"The goods have been shipped" isn't enough information for anyone, but for a delivery like yours it's simply useless. If you're picking up in Nicosia and coming from the north, you need to know when the parcel actually landed, not just that it left us. Two trips for nothing is exactly what good tracking is supposed to prevent, and I'm sorry you had to make them.
We do get a tracking number from the carrier for every parcel, so this is on us for not putting it in front of you properly. I'm making sure the shipping confirmation includes the tracking number and a working link, so you can see where the parcel is instead of guessing.
If you order from us again, write to me directly and I'll send you the tracking myself and keep an eye on it until it's at the pickup point.
