I hadn't heard of Auric before I found them on Google, so I was a little apprehensive.

Auric were the most competitively priced I could find for 18ct gold earrings, and I had shopped around - including looking at the jewellery Quarter.

I placed my order and because they were a mother's day gift, I emailed Auric and asked if they could include a note with the gift. Auric were very prompt to respond, only a couple of hours later and after business hours and they were happy to oblige and they also told me they would upgrade my delivery to the next day.

The earrings came today and they came in absolutely beautiful packaging with a lovely branded box, paper, jewellery bag and jewellery box.
The earrings themselves are exactly what I had expected and I'm sure my wife will be very happy with them.

Over-all, this has been a great service and the product is beautifully made.
I can happily and confidently recommend Auric to those looking to buy from here.

The product is actually very nice but when I asked if they would ship to Ireland I was told yes but at no time anyone told me I would be paying extra tax in Ireland for import from the UK. So because of that I had to pay extra 73 euro on top of what I had already paid to release from customs even when I bought the website says Tax are included. Tks

Unfortunately my delivery was delayed because of the strikes but happily arrived before Christmas. Very pleased with the quality of the earrings.

The bracelet I bought broke within 5 hours of wear due to the thin and extremely poor quality and I had to pay £35 to exchange the bracelet to the same product which again broke a week later.

I was made uncomfortable with the customer service so the second time it broke I just had to leave it.

Very disappointed as it is not cheap for the product you are receiving.

Arrive a week to the day after order, packed really well.

Although arrived a little later than expected, I would use them again and indeed I would recommend them.

Unfortunately I am not able to return unworn jewelry, a present not needed anymore, waste of money, terrible customer service will never buy again from this seller, avoid !
Funny enough they propose you to resell their product for their weight in gold? I’m happy to let you know that the weight of their jewelry won’t get you as far as 50£ for how light they weight, terrible seller, very disappointing
