The "heart" shaped charm is quite dissimilar to the picture. Rather than a three dimensional heart it appears like a wonky apple and entirely flat.

Lovely, lightweight little earrings for everyday wear. High level of gold and cost was reasonable. Delivered very promptly. Packaging was not suitable for the items, so perhaps a little gauze bag or a box where hoop earrings can be held in place would have been better and if there was a gift bag tick box on the order form, it would not be necessary to send one unless needed, but the quality of everything was very good. I would buy from this company again.

I purchased earrings from this shop. The item was very pricey (285 pounds) so I expected high quality of the clothing mechanism and the joint. The quality is very disappointing. The closing mechanism is very stiff, I had to apply a lot of force to open them and then again to close them. When I made my claim to the shop of poor quality they refused refund based on their policy. I don't recommend this brand. Save your money.

The most gorgeous chunky gold hoop earrings, lightweight but not at all flimsy. Just perfect, understated and classy. Delivery super quick too!

Beware!! Do not purchase from this company if you may need to return. You need to read the return T&Cs before purchasing.

I wanted to make a return of an unwanted gift and the company do not offer returns on earrings or personalised items (which makes sense). It is quite possible to make earrings hygienic, by sealing or cleaning.
My earrings haven't been opened or tried on and still will not be accepted.

Apparently I should not expect the nonrefundable statement to be on the listing, despite there being a section for *help* and instead should instead have known I would need to return and therefore check before purchasing.

The purchase experience was a success all in all, from the order, to the delivery process, the precious packaging and of course the item which is of extremely good quality.

Have just bought from Auric the 18ct smallish gold hoop earrings (plait design) and they are absolutely brilliant! So elegant, and such a clever fixing mechanism which makes them secure and - more importantly for me as I have quite bad arthritis in my hands - very easy to close behind one's earlobe.

Bought a pendant for wife’s 50th birthday and the pendant loop was too small - Auric work on a 14 day return policy so as purchased 17 days before birthday Auric would not return item. A return window of 14 days doesn’t seem appropriate for a company that is likely to sell items for gifts ? Would not recommend this company, were not interested in situation, appeared to be a low end operation.
