I chose Aura for my funeral plan because of the ratings and its no-pester promise. Delighted to have done so. I never felt under pressure to make a decision, and wasn't subject to constant calls or emails. But when I had a question it was always dealt with promptly and professionally by Anne-Sophie. Communication was clear and courteous yet warm.

Professional guidance for a difficult subject
The follow up after my first enquiry, was friendly, informative and professional. I never felt pressured. I wanted time to think about my decision and to consult with my family.
