I popped into Hidden Hearing Plymouth without any appointment to hopefully gain some advice re my loss of hearing in one ear overnight. I was welcomed into the shop and within 5 mins was being seen by Ben who gave me the appropriate tests there and then and a referral letter for my Doctor. Excellent service really pleasant team. Would recommend without question

They made me very welcome, and the lady who tested my hearing was very thorough and professional. She even tested my tinnitus condition too, and checked for ear wax. The test was very good, indeed.

Amazing and life changing
Just had an amazing experience with Suzanne in the Plymouth, Devon branch.
Had a blocked right ear and was distressed from losing the hearing.
Was seen to instantly and had both ears taken care of.
Didn’t just change my day; felt like it changed my life.
Suzanne couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding.
