Audika - Perth Recenzje

Excellent personalised attention from staff with an easy, relaxed atmosphere in which to share any problems you mat have and have your questions answered.

As always, very attentive and explains all that is going on throughout session. Great, thank you

Andy was so professional and made me feel at ease during my appointment. He had a great sense of humour and gave lots of opportunities to ask questions. Everything was explained clearly and concisely and the actual service itself was so effective. I loved the technology he used to show me inside my ears!

Easy to get to location, prompt with appointments, a feeling of thoroughness, every step explained clearly, friendly staff

Superb service
Superb service. I had a lot of wax in both ears: in fact, the wax was impacted in my left ear but it was removed comfortably. I would thoroughly recommend ear wax removal at Hidden Hearing.

Thank you to Ann Marie the receptionist who has sorted my appointments and been so helpful on the phone.

And also a huge thank you to Gavin who looked after my hearing. He took the time to listen to me and to what I was looking for. Gavin was extremely helpful, patient, and responsive to my hearing issues. His customer care is exceptional. As a result, I have a terrific new pair of hearing aids and know he’s there if I need adjustments. Thank you

I booked an appointment for an ear wax removal procedure. The lady that greeted me was very nice and Andy (the person who performed the procedure) was highly skilled and overall very professional. They resolved my issue and I am so happy that I booked to get it done there. Would highly recommend!!

Kerry was lovely, patient and explained everything clearly. Wax removal was painless. A hearing test finished the process. I felt I was in safe hands throughout.

Thank you for cleaning my Aunt's ears. She was happy with house visit and can now hear a bit better,

Twice I went to Hidden Hearing about my £2000+ hearing aids not working . the third time I went they wanted to charge me £350 to fix them. i'm off to the NHS now.

The Staff in the Perth branch, were most helpful, kind & considerate. Explained everything clearly and we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone with hearing issues.

Very thorough and detailed audio test. Everything explained clearly. Results easy to see on-screen.

Great staff. Efficient, helpful and friendly.

I felt everything ( removing wax) was carefully and thoroughly done as well as being thoroughly explained to me. The mini hearing test was helpful too.

I have only praise for Kerry Goodman at the Perth branch of Hidden Hearing. Kerry explained procedures in a very clear and professional manner ensuring that I knew exactly what was to happen. I felt in safe hands throughout the procedure.

Best £70 I've ever spent. Brilliant service. A very big thank you to Andy Gillan for a great job. Would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing. 👍✌️

I visited Hidden Hearing in Perth today because my hearing aid had stopped working. I am on holiday so hoped to see someone who could find the problem and put it right so I could enjoy the remainder of my holiday. I was not disappointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The audiologist really went the extra mile to find out the cause and very efficiently put it right. Wonderful service.

Seen at Perth branch. Very impressed by service offered throughout. Special mention for Andrew , ear care practitioner, clearly very very able and so friendly and reassuring.
