Audika - Perth Recenzje

Visited Hidden Hearing for first time on 18th September at 2 Mill St Perth and can highly recommend their services. Audiologist called Kerry couldn’t have been more helpful. Examined ears very carefully and using suction method removed wax very easily and painlessly from both ears. Had received very helpful emails on how to soften wax with olive oil spray before attending. The cost of £50 which covered both ears was by far the cheapest on offer ! Kerry also has a clinic on the last Thursday of the month in Stirling at The Podiatry and Audiology Services in Wallace House , Maxwell Place. During removal very clear images of before and after results shown to me and also forwarded to my GP.
Great relief to have found the excellent services of Hidden Hearing now that this treatment is no longer available on NHS. Many thanks Kerry.

Mr Turnbull is a dedicated member of your staff and was thorough in explaining all aspects of my hearing loss.
Most helpful in explaining how to care for and use the hearing aids chosen.
I will recommend Hidden Hearing wholeheartedly. Thank you

They are always helpful and polite and always take great care of you

Efficient friendly and courteous service .perfect.

Professional, focussed and empathetic.
One could ask for no more.

Made to feel very welcome by the receptionist. The practitioner, sorry can't remember his name, gave us a warm welcome and took us into the room. He made sure we understood what the test involved, explaining each step as we went along. He also fully explained the results, telling us we had perfect and near perfect hearing. He advised we should get re-tested in a couple of years. Would definitely recommend this firm. No pushiness whatsoever.

He was a true professional a great asset to the company

Staff are so friendly and put you completely at ease, then the results of the test are explained throughly and simply.

Very pleased with excellent quality of technical service and quality customer service and hearing products.
Would recommend Hidden Hearing Company to everyone needing help and advice with their hearing.

Our second visit to see Kerry and the team, and care was excellent. From booking the appointment, to help getting access with the wheelchair, all given in a friendly and helpful manner. Kerry explained the procedure well and shared information regarding the examination as it progressed showing us before and after photos. Very happy with results and no hesitation in returning in the future.

Very friendly service with great knowledge of product

First class service staff are so helpful

Kerry was very professional with the wax removal and also suggested I contacted my dentist as I was experiencing pain by my left ear. I have since visited my dentist and have been giving useful exercises for the pain which may have happened because of a recent fall.

I was made to feel very comfortable and Daniel Merritt explained each step very clearly.
We had been advised by a friend that her experience with Hidden Hearing was good and I can agree with that

From the initial contact I was well looked after, the staff were great things and what was going to happen was very well explained and the proceeds and results were also well explained, I was / am very happy with how I was treated.

The audiologist was friendly, professional and explained every part of the process fully and clearly.
She made me feel relaxed and comfortable with the whole process and explained the results of each part as well.

Exceptional customer service from all the staff

Everyone at Hidden Hearing in Perth are so helpful and very informative putting me at ease. They spend a lot of time with you, making sure everything is perfect.
