He was very thorough, explained everything to me really well.
was feeling anxious and he put me at ease straight away.
After many tests I got a clear bill of health, my hearing was fine.

I attended Allerton road, Liverpool and was seen by Josh Devine. I have been Hearing impaired for a number of years. The examination outcome was consistent with previous results. Josh was very friendly and honest during the assessment and the product was very good, however the price was the stumbling block. I may choose to reconsider in the future and would be happy to discuss with Josh again.

Joshua devine MSHAA has showered me with care. Excellent service, can’t recommend highly enough. I first approached hidden hearing after failing a medical examination for the police force. I had already visited boots and spec savers for opinions and hearing tests. They only seemed interested in selling the produce not my care.
Joshua was completely different, he took the time and attention to detail to explain why my hearing was failing and my results.
My aftercare was also second to none as I frequently attended the store due to issues with ears.
Whilst finding a resolution to my hearing problem and my ear problem (ie changing the unit completely) he also went above and beyond in helping me through the medical process with the police force as they asked for various further tests on my hearing.
I would be delighted if Joshua received any recognition for the service he provided and am happy for a correspondence to verify this information. Thanks again Joshua you’ve given back a little piece of my life. All the best

Troy was amazing! I went because of my tinnitus, he was so patient in explaining everything and took tests that I've never done before. Thanks to him I found out that the sensitivity in my ears is no connected to my tinnitus, and we discussed possible solutions.

Only went because my family was getting on at my to get my hearing checked. I didn't think there was a need. How wrong was I!! The sirvice I got from the staff was the best. They checked my hearing very thoroughly. Was amazed at the difference it made. If you have any doubts just get a check up. You will not regret it.
